John Beck
sells his training program and book, Buy
Real Estate Free and Clear for Pennies on
the Dollar through an aggressive infomercial
campaign. The underlying principal of the
program is buying taxed out properties for a
fraction of their worth.
In addition to this book, you also
receive Making Money with Free & Clear
Properties on the Internet Book and a Quick
Start Video and Free & Clear CD to Hottest
links. John Beck offers quite a substantial
amount of material for $50.
His books provide some loose guidelines
on the proper methods in implementing these
techniques and other successful real estate
investment strategies.
Since his strategies often walk the line
between what’s legal and illegal, his books
are filled with incomprehensible legal and
tax jargon that only a lawyer or real estate
specialist could make sense of.
My main problem with John Beck is
that I feel his books are basically a tool
he uses to up-sell his students to a more
expensive course.
He sells his books very cheap and it may
seem like a great value, but its all part of
the John Beck Scam. Once you purchase one of
his books you will be harassed by his sales
team into purchasing much more expensive
products.
Ever since I bought his “…Free and Clear”
book, his telemarketers have been calling my
house trying to sell me an $8,000 training
course that’s promised to make me the next
real estate millionaire.
Surprisingly, many people are convinced
into coughing up the $8,000 to have access
to a John Beck consultant that is supposed
to make sense of Beck’s theories for them.
Even after paying such a large sum of
money you will still have no face to face
time with any representative from John
Beck’s organization, only telephone
consulting which still yields no profits as
shown by the thousands of negative John Beck
Reviews.
His methods of making money through real
estate are very morally questionable and, in
reality, very difficult to pull off.
In any
case you would need to have extensive
experience in tax law and real estate
investing to succeed.
If you're interested in professional real
estate training, you should check out our
top rated real estate course, it will
provide you with all the tools necessary to

John Becks will cheat you. Even I got trapped.
I already lost some money. They keep charging your credit card. I had to cancel my card too.
Some one should sue the company. This is ridiculous. !

I got harassing calls from them even after I cancelled. Now they have sold my info to another company that is harassing me on my cell phone.
She was rude and trying to get me to say something I would never say to people and she told me she was recording it. They are looking for money from us and they will do anything to get it, including harassment , just like those paparazzi who won't let celebrities walk down the street while they jeer at them until the celebrity does something stupid and they get sued.

I've bought and sold realestate many times and as soon as I saw this on TV I said, "What a rip-off." Being able to purchase property like advertised in the John Beck commercial is like finding a needle in a hay stack!!!!! You're better of taking the $40.00 and playing the lottery. You'll probably get better odds!!!!!! Kind of lets you realize how disconnected is law enforcement to scams that are taking place and ripping people off.

I THINK I JUST SUCCESSFULLY CANCELED: I agree this is a crooked scam but THE RECORDED VOICE SAID "YOU WILL HAVE NO MORE CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD." After calling and emailing daily for two weeks with no response, I called 1-877-636-2014;got a recorded voice and "Some more recorded lies" to stop me from cancelling. Then the voice asked for my reference number. I gave it & was told the above message. I'll see when my credit card bill comes in, but it sounded good.

It seems to be a scam, once we purchased the books they started calling us several times a day looking for 10-15 thousand dollars as a downpayment to their program, with a high-pressured sales technique. Anyone know how to get rid of them?

John Beck's program is a total scam. If you do a search on his name the first site to come up has hundreds of complaints against him. I'm glad I researched his name before I purchased the program. I decided to see if I could find a program that teaches the same thing for a lot less money and I did. I don't know how he stays in business with so many complaints.

Thanks for all, you blew away my doubts. First, if there are auction items, Mr.Beck gave just initial price, and what it was after several bids-that was secret. He gave only half of true. Really, on Ebay many valued items have initial bid &1. The same do some dexterous Real Estate auction sellers. Often final price on EBay reaches &150.00 (retail price in WallMart is $75.00) and the RE property up to $300,000.00 instead of twice less on retailing.

Well I ordered this but never went through with it. Mainly because I couldnt find out the sales date for the property auctions. However, I was never charged monthly not once just 39.95 one time and thats it. Never heard from a telemarketer to buy into a $8000 program either. I did finally find the sales date for my county and it isnt really pennies on the dollar but is cheaper than normal price. However, I would need about $5000 before I could purchase one of these tax sale houses. I visit the auctions just for the experience but have not made any purchases as of yet.

I like to watch the infomercial, but I find it amusing that a different person is now posing as "John Beck" than in the original ads. The original John Beck was a very small man with a high-pitched voice, and the present John Beck is a larger (bald-headed) man with a much deeper voice. I found the course very informative, and you just say no to the rest, if you don't want to, or can't, spend any more money. It is possible to follow the information in the course independently, as it is very detailed and factual, and actually worth the $39.95. Take the rest with a grain of salt.

You just saved me the time & money preventing me from going thru another scam and false advertising. I purchased Darby's course, and that too was hipe with the attempt to upsell on the coaching of $3-5K. There has to be something that can be done with these crooks, they are making millions, and ripping off innocent people that have worked hard for their money. I will check your site from this point on to see whose on the list before purchasing! Check it out first.

Unfortunately I did not read these reviews before I ordered the product. Now I am trying to return the materials and cancel my membership but am unable to get an RMA# at any of the phone numbers that I have been given. They put you on hold until you get tired of holding. You send an email to the address they give you and they don't answer. My only choice is to cancel my credit card (which I've done) so they at least cannot bill me any further. Thanks for this good info, just wish I had read it sooner. That old addage "if it seems too good to be true, it is" sure does apply to this. What a scam artist!

After a very entertaining and shiny TV infomercial, My newly-engaged fiance was 2 seconds away from ordering John Beck's Free and Clear Real Estate System. Thank God for her better half, me. "Maybe we should do some research of it on the Internet first" I say. And lo and behold, I stumble upon this site and the thousands of very bad reviews. I feel very sorry for all of you. Like its been said, IF ITS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, THEN IT PROBABLY IS! That would have been a horrible way to start our life together. Good luck everyone in your future investments.

I, too like so many more was scamed. I thought i was to smart to be sucked in, but when you are near retiring and thinking about your future you sometime do crazy things. John Beck reps took my money $7400.00, after a little investigation and an attempt to cancel the program and was told that it would be cancel it was not. My money was taken prior to the 3 day cancellation period. I contacted my credit card company and began a dispute claim. Now 4 months later I haven't heard anything from JOHN BECK. I was told by CAPITAL ONE that I have a year and during that time my dispute can be challenged by John beck. so for now I WAIT. NEVER AGAIN, IF SOMETHING SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE-run

EVERYONE, WHY ARE YOU WAISTING TIME WHILE YOUR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS CONTINUALLY ARE BEING BILLED? IT WILL TAKE MONTHS BEFORE THEY STOP BILLING YOU. JUST CALL THE BANK AND TELL THEM YOU LOST YOUR CARD AND WANT IT CANCELED AND A NEW CARD ISSUED. NOW YOU CAN'T BE BILLED ANYMORE.

i never purchased the program. after
several years of watching this man prsent this program on late night, etc. tv, well i was always tempted figuringafter all this time he must be doing something right. however, it seemed at the same time, too good to be true. so, i have seen john becks' numerous complaints at
bbb, and that always stopped me. nonetheless, i thought that for the price maybe it was worth checking it out. now that i have seen THIS website and its reviews, i am pretty darn convinced that john beck would be a waste of money. thanks everyone, for saving my money for me.

John Beck - Free & Clear Real Estate System... Just to put it simply, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. If you do, just kiss it goodbye. The TV commercial makes it sound so easy. You make a ton of money. ALL LIES. This only works if you live in a very obscure part of America where property values are worthless. Places where people do not want to live or can't get jobs so they leave. So who wants to buy these properties? No Body! Sad to say I am out almost $10,000. Between what John Beck sold me, and what the "Property Vault" has to offer. I can count on one finger the amount of money I made back on the system, and still have a finger left over. So don't waste your time or money. If you see the TV Infomercial come on, turn the channel. You will be much happier in the long run.

John Beck is a Scam artist..., When you hear the name "John Beck" red fla**hould go up. After falling for this scam (and receiving a few worthless cd's) John Becks people won't go away. I've disputed charges to my credit card so many times that the credit card company was unhappy with my attempt to sever ties with John Beck's company. Finally I canceled my credit card. Watch out for missing money!...,We also bought this program. When ordering I denied all the extras at the "special one time offer" and got just the CDs. they did come as planned...About once a month, I get a card in the mail about how my account is going to be billed unless I call and cancel, to find out IT HAS ALREADY BEEN TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT. If anyone else out there is like myself, supporting small children and budgeting paycheck to paycheck to support a family, I can not afford to have 40 bucks a month unexpectedly taken out to have to wait 7-10 days for the charge to be reversed! I am so frustrated with having to call month after month after receiving these cards after I canceled 2 months ago, and it keeps happening.

I also ordered his CDs and was greatly disappointed and then I called and canceled within my limited time and similar post card was sent to me saying that they will charge my credit card unless I called this time it says go to this website and I did and read that john beck is a total fraud. And the only way to assure you have protection is to close out your account and open a new one. No way can they touch a new account with new number. Don't use a regular bank account always a credit card..., Although I did not like the programs I found the information in the CDs a little helpful with what I already researched on my own, I canceled the property vault by calling the number on my credit card bill and they adjusted my account right away so I got my money back for the $39.95 after the credit to my account, I received this postcard saying I need to cancel on a nonexistence website but if they bill me again after I already canceled and they sent the money back I will file a complaint with the BBB and have my my credit card company deal with them.

I was vulnerable enough to buy his program.. His crew called me and told me it was worthless unless I paid him $4000. for their help. They not only took the $39.95 out for 4 CDs they have taken that every month (4) I tried to cancel only to get insulted from the receptionist.. Today I got a card saying if I don't cancel on www.JohnBeckCancel.com they are going to take more from my acc. I expected around $45. to come out initially with shipping.. instead it was $83.95.. This has cost my way over $200. all for nothing.. WARNING to all... once in your bank acc. they won't go away... This is an incredible SCAM.. BEWARE...

I fell for it..., In may of this year I was watching John Beck on TV and fell for his order now tactic for just $39.95 and get this and that and me being a home owner and interested in knowing more about real estate decided to order the promotional packet.
His company without my permission has continued to bill my credit card for $39.99 every month. When I placed the order I got a call about 2 weeks later from a guy saying you were hand picked in your area we would like you to say your success story on TV and my husband was not available to speak they wanted us both to speak and we never heard from them again but what we didn't realized is that they were billing us every month.
The problem is I can not get a live person to speak to, I also have emailed John Beck and no one has responded and my credit company has advised me that I need to speak to them about the refund and right now they are still billing me! Don't buy this if you don't have money..., This is a very unacceptable experience for me not because they are billing me still for the 39.95 for what there staff had told me. he told i need money to make money and i didn't have what they say a lot of money. so he told me to call them back in 3 months when i can get 3,000 in my bank account for they can use. if i had 3,000 in my banking account i would of never try to buy his system. this man get a zero from me and he is still going to get my 39.95 just because i fell for this job.
