iOffer is a website dedicated to person to person buying and selling that connects people from over 190 different countries in a transparent, negotiable marketplace.

Established in 2002, iOffer claims that virtually anything is available on their website through open negotiations. If for some reason you can’t or don’t find what you are looking for, you can create a “WantAd.”

A WantAd is an ad you post looking for a specific item. Sellers who have that item or a comparable item can contact you for a negotiation regarding the sale of the item you’ve requested.

For sellers, there are no listing fees on iOffer. In addition, you already sell or list items on eBay, you can use the Mr. Grabber tool to bring your items and ratings over from eBay and post them on iOffer. This transfer will not affect your auctions or ratings on eBay.

To buy items at iOffer, you must register for a free account and have a working PayPal account with which to purchase items.
