ISpeedway, they provide boilerplate web sites that cost them pennies. During which they determine how much equity a consumer has available, along with cash and the ripoff begins. Their items are overpriced and the whole business plan process that they put one through should be a wake up enough. However, I look back and am amazed and embarrassed that I got involved and lost thousands before I put a stop to it. I have contacted at least 2 dozen others involved with them and they all shared the same story. Class action suit anyone? |

This is the biggest rip-off around. You are lead to believe that you have a 15 day trial period. Catch is they send an e-mail telling you to activate your account HA!... THEY activate it the minute they get your credit card info. I doubt anyone is making money with ispeedway but ispeedway and the way they are doing it should be a criminal offense! DON"T FALL FOR THE SCAM!!!!!! |

hi guys, i did a huge mistake by applying to this scam before reading your posts. i have a couple of questions and i hope u guys can help me.
i purchased the "cd" for $1.88 today so if i call by tomorrow to cancel it they wont be charging me no 60 something dollars right?
the second question is if they reimburse me , in the future would they still be able to charge my credit card without my consent? so therefore should i cancel my credit card? |

Whoever is trying to say this program worked is obviously in affiliation with them because nothing about this company is legit. They take your money from information they got from the easy google profit scam and say there was fine print saying that you also agree to signup with i speedway when it says none of that. |
Adam NC | 8:03pm on Thursday, September 24th, 2009 |
Tried to rip me off too. I paid the $1.98 but then something did not feel right the fact that the rep was calling me late at night and the whole operation felt 'part-time'. When I called to cancel before my trial period was up they were rude and sarcastic and stated 'we will not bill you for anything else' no 'you wont be billed'. I caught onto that and asked about 3rd parties. They then said I should of read the Terms and Conditions closer on page 2 and hung up.
I called Google Profits, they denied I had an account and said they could not help. I did the wise thing and canceled my credit card straight away.
Stay away from them. |

This program is a total & utter ripoff to the MAX!! My g/f & I both lost our jobs last summer and have been living in a very limited income (unemployment) since. When looking online, we found an advertisement to get a CD about making money on Google. The cost was supposed to be 1.88 and was charged to our account immediately. What these LOW-LIFES fail to tell everyone in plain print is that they are not even affiliated with Google whatsoever and the "disc" you are supposed to receive isn't even sent out by them. The in turn charge you 99.95 two weeks later for some website hosting service that you are not even aware you even have. We never even activated this "trial" they say we had. We have contacted our bank and made them aware of the charge and will be going through a pile of paperwork to "maybe" get our money refunded. After talking to these IDIOTS at iSpeedway, we were told it's in plain print at the bottom of the page which is a BOLD FACED LIE. I went back to the site and it's not in plain site at all nor in a big font like the BEOTCH on the phone said. She was downright nasty with me and that's not good customer service whatsoever!! iSpeedway should be shut down for their dishonest way of doing business. I have contacted both the BBB & the attorney generals office. Something needs to be done about all these online SCAMS out there. It's ridiculous that in this day and age of almost 10% unemployment, we are getting ripped off for trying to make a living for our families. Pretty pathetic if you ask us! |

This is a big scam to charge accounts of individuals without their authorizations. |
Kyle Boston | 2:50pm on Friday, September 18th, 2009 |
DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. They say there is a free trial but as soon as it is over they charge you $99.95 a month and it is almost impossible to cancel the trial before you are billed due to their complex methods of cancellation and they put you on hold for 30 minutes at least each time you call to try to cancel. If you have $99.95 to burn on this useless product each month then by all means go for it but it is in no way worth the money and I finally was able to cancel it after trying for almost 2 months. I am sure there are better products out there which work and are not a scam like this one. |

Biggest Scam Ever!
They sold me a CD for 1.88 to try for the first 15 days, and charged me 99.98 (which I am unaware of), without me activating the account! The scam is this, even though they have this activate Account button, without you activating it, they will automatically activate it for you, charge you 99.98 every month, until you inactivate it.
Stay away from their too-good-to-be-true ads on google and msn!!!
Anyway, I talked with them, explaining everything. They refused to listen, laughed at me (that attitude of' no one can do a damn thing to me'), refused to refund my money, told me to go ahead and post Scam Alert, so here I am posting a Scam alert.
I don't mind paying for what I bought, but to take my money without my consent is wrong, and upsetting, wouldn't you be?
If this ever happen to you guys out there who are trying to seek for a legitimate business to make some income, Call the bank or your credit card company! Alert them, cancel your card, file a Complaint to get your money back (yes even with Debit Cards, I didn't think it will work, but it did).
I got my money back through Wells Fargo (not through Ispeedway, they will not refund you a dime, god forbid, those bastards, they think they can get away with it, because most of us are too passive and lazy to do anything about it, that's why they're out there scamming you. Just think, they will make what 100 million dollars just by scamming a million people, don't let them get away with it my brothers!) Just file a claim through your bank, or your credit card, just say it was " a wrongful charge without my consent, I didn't know anything about this!")
If you accidentally bought a setup CD from them for 1.88, follow up, cancel it with them before they charge you 99.98 dollars after 15 days (keep in mind if you don't activate your account, they will do it without your consent! You've been warned).
Bottom line, this is a complete Scam for any of us out there trying to seek a legitimate business to get into. Stay away from Ispeedway.com!!!! |

I WAS GOING TO CHECK OUT THIS CD BY GOOGLE ONLY 1.98 FOR SHIPPING, I DID NOTICE YOU HAD TO CANCEL BY THE 5th OF SEPT. WHICH I TRIED TO DO, BUT THEIR PHONE LINES ARE ONLY WEEKLY DAYTIME NUMBERS, SO I GOT ON LINE EARLY SAT. MORNING AND CANCELLED, BY THE 5th THE NEXT THING I KNOW THEY TOOK 99.95 OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT, SO I CALLED MONDAY MORNING AND THEY SAID, CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, IT WILL TAKE 30 DAYS TO PUT IT BACK IN MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!SHAMEFUL WAY TO DO BUSINESS |
Christian SAN DIEGO | 2:54pm on Sunday, August 30th, 2009 |
I too saw this on Facebook (shame on them)...I went through the steps to receive the cd/set up package for $1.88 shipping only. I tried to finish the sign up process and was transferred from Google to ispeedway site. The ispeedway site says at the bottom that they have no affiliation with Google and that Google in now way supports their business. Right then I knew it was a scam. Of course I had already submitted my credit card information. I immediately called my financial inst and canceled the card. If they try to charge me for anything I will sue them for false advertising. Class action? let me know..... I will sign up if they try to charge me for anything! |

I have not had a chance to look back since i started i-speedway, my store has been providing me with a dependable cash flow since two weeks after i bought it and that was over a year ago. Also i worked with a coach for 8 weeks and found the mentoring to be a real pleasure, my coach was very patient with me and we still keep in touch. I recommend I-Speedway to those people out there that are looking for a real business not a get rich quick scheme. Also, i like the fact that i can use products from any dropshipper to sale with their software, they sent me an e-mail with over 100 wholesale dropshippers and i have more options for products than i know what to do with. |

I had purchased a superstore with ispeedway and have had instant success... it surprises me when I read the comments below. Obviously, the employee that no longer works there is disgruntled for some reason and now is trying to get revenge. My dealing with this Company have been nothing but positive and I am making more money then I thought possible in a short amount of time. Just goes to show, you shouldnt believe everything you read, sometimes it is best to find out for your self!! |

ISpeedway was to start on activation it started the day I spoke with the rep. I went on vacation and came back with a bill waiting for me the reps were so harsh you would think if you never processed one order that would be enough to cancel and order instead the moment I attempted to get my site up and going it was canceled I pray that the can sleep with them selves at night. Taking food out of the mouths of many American people.. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT! |

Internet Speedway Inc Is a company based out of Mesa, Arizona. They are located at 1201 S Alma School Dr Suite 17000, Mesa, Arizona 85210. The parent company of ISpeedway is Succeed Corporation owned by Omar Sayed. Succeed also owns Moguling, Kwik Bidz, and Meridian 1 Technologies. If you have purchased any of these so called business opportunities I would have to encourage that you call and cancel your account and report your credit card lost or stolen.
ISpeedway sells a business opportunity claiming it is possible for you to make a fortune from home. The truth is there virtually is not a single client that sells exclusively ISpeedway's Warehouse Direct Products that has made their money back. There are a few who have generated some sales with virtually no profit but are still in the red by thousands of dollars. ISpeedway traditional has relied on Radio Advertisements to generate its leads. You may hear an ad on the radio telling you that you can make money while you sleep...etc. When you call in the Frontend Sales Teams will try to sell you on paying shipping and handling with a few small up sell products ranging from $30-$500 for a fully functioning business. They recently shut down the Radio department and are getting front end leads elsewhere. Once your sold there our backend sales team will give you a call representing themselves as Marketing Consultants and pitch you our Superstores. Which range from $1000 and in some cases over $10,000. From there, I-Academy (A.K.A. Coaching) tries to up sell you products between $1000-$40,000. The goal is simply to get as much money out of you as possible.
I worked in the Coaching Department of ISpeedway known as the I-Academy for over a year and was with the company for over two years. Customers pay over $250 an hour to talk to us, supposedly to learn how to make money on the web. You would think we were internet geniuses for that kind of money right? The I-Academy is just another Sales Department of ISpeedway. All the coaches there including myself are just average Joes trying to make a living by taking advantage of individual's lack of knowledge in the industry of Ecommerce. We up sell our Superstore Merchants with other products such as Blogs, Direct Mail Advertisements, Site Maps, EBay Campaigns, and much more. We launched three Direct Mail Campaigns in 2008 called our IMall Catalog. Merchants spent between $3000-$20,000 dollars to participate in this advertising program. Most merchants didn't make a single sale. And none of them even came close to being profitable. Not even the ones that spent $20,000. After we started getting too many complaints ISpeedway moved on to Blogs and EBay. ISpeedway sells blogs under the Moguling name. Some of our customers have spent over $15,000 dollars on blogs and have nothing to show for it. The same is true for the new Cooperative EBay Program known as the Co-Op EBay Program, for short. ISpeedway promises to list products for their customers in the Co-Op EBay Program. Again not a single customer has been profitable with that program either. Some have made a handful of sales but spent tens of thousands of dollars to do it. So they are still in the hole so to speak by several thousand dollars. So if you haven't made any profit with your Super Store and the Warehouse Direct Products don't feel like you are alone. Literally no one has. We have customers that have been taken for over $50,000.00 and not much to show for it. I am no longer with the company. My job wasn't ethical but it is was a job which is hard to come by in today's economy.
What would be the most effective way of getting my money back?
If you were ripped off by ISpeedway and would like to try and get your money back, try following the directions below.
1. First call ISpeedway and complain. When you call you will always get the Sales department, no matter what number you call. So ask for customer service first, this way you don't have to fight a sales person. They are really good at what they do, so try to avoid them. Make sure to threaten to contact the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's office.
2. After you make your complaint with ISpeedway, Contact the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint with them.
3. Next you will need to contact the Attorney General's Office in your state as well as Arizona's Attorney General's Office. Biz Ops like ISpeedway hate dealing with the A.G.
4. Finally contact your Credit Card Companies through the customer service number on the back of your card(s) that you have used. You need to tell them that you didn't receive the service promised and were mislead. You want to have them charge back your card. They will research your complaint and hopefully you will get your money back soon.
The four steps mentioned above should be plenty to help you get your money back. |

I worked at this company and all they are about is getting your money. The sales people tell you anything to get you to join the program. It is a scam which is why I don't work there anymore. I got sick of talking people out of there money. Trust me please if you read this, stay away from this program. All they are going to do is steel your money. The marketing experts know nothing about marketing and once you join, they are just going to try and sell you more marketing to the website. There are people that pay over 10-20,000 dollars on this program and never see that investment again. This is a scam to the worst degree of scam. You will never be a millionaire with a program like this. This is just a plea to get your money. The sales people work off of commission and if they can not perform well within a 2 weeks and get up to a 15% conversion or sell at least 20-25 people a week the company fires them. They are just stressed out sales people doing whatever they can to get your money. They even made us lie about the program to get people to buy. DON"T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!! |

This is nothing but a scam! It take's you through all of the good things; and in the middle, it says that you have to pay for the CD; which they said is free. I would not suggest anyone fool with this company and give your credit card number to them for no reasons. As them to send you the free CD as they mentioned and see what they say. It been a whole big scam and they can be sued for false advertisement. |

I just spent almost a FULL hour on the phone with a couple of guys from ISpeedway. They kept trying to get me to give my credit card - just try it - a small overlimit fee that I could pay back in no time once my site was up and running. I could certainly start with th $9.95 30 day trial package, but why not spend $2800 and really get going? I told him I could not afford to make that kind of commitment. Well, they were not going to take no for an answer! SUPER hard sell - I didn't give in - then I came to this blog site - not even one positive comment about them!! Well, I sure lucked out!! Thanks everyone for your input. I told them to call me back in a week or two, but now I know not to give ANY $$$. Thanks again - a whole HEAP!! |

I work in the same building as the ISpeedway call center. Yesterday a lady started talking to me in the bathroom of all places, she asked where I worked. I told her I've always been a top sales associate, won all the awards. She said, your just the kind of person we're looking for. Well I do my research before I apply at any company because of a bad experience in Dec with a company called Global Cash Flow Network. I should of known by the name it was a scam. ISpeedway is exactly the same. We promised you could make thousands of thousands of dollars per month all for a low one time fee. Of course.... theres no real money. It took me about 6 days to realize, the only ones making money were the ones at the top and for someone to really make bank, you had to invest close to 10,000. Also, I found out that all the customer service representatives( the ones that answer the phones when you call in with a problem) they all work under alias's. Why is that? It is a scam. Ispeedway is identical. Do not waste your money. They are selling hope to people that need solutions in hard economic times but you just end up further in debt and worse off. Please do your research. |

I just purchased the lifetime membership, 2 days ago for nearly $500, and have not even activated the account yet. I called ispeedway asking some questions and I had three different people all trying to sell me an upgrade to a superstore, which I told them that I could not afford. They were all pressure sales people all telling me that I had to make a decision and a purchase right there and then, using one or more credit cards. I told them that I had to think about it, and that I was scared because of all of the negative information and reports about ispeedway on the internet. But, now after reading all of these negative reports about ispeedway, and their products, and services, and websites, and the fact that almost no one has made any money, I have just decided to call and cancel the entire thing and get a refund way before the 30 day trial period is up. There has to be a better, honest way to make money on the internet, which alot of people do, and I will find it. I want to thank everyone for being honest in writing all of these reports. |

I too heard the radio advertisements regarding ispeedway and made the call for the "free" CD. I figured I'd end up paying a small shipping and handling fee, although $9.95 was a big jump from free. Suddenly it became a package being sent rather than a simple CD.
I have read almost every one of these posts and have come to the conclusion that like any business starter, it is going to take a lot of hard work, time, and dedication as well as the patience to learn all of the tool that are going to be given to us as an opportunity for success. Being laid off now, I am ready to see what I can make of myself on my own! I hope to return with good news! |
Trina Virginia | 3:22pm on Friday, May 1st, 2009 |
This is the scam:
1. Call for "free" information on making money w/out touching the merchandise.
2. Then they tell you the $9.95 for "handling" is not refundable. (Not sure how that is truly free?"
3. They then try to get you to buy the "lifetime subscription" for $500 and rave on how this gives you a business without overhead.
4. THEN you will get a call from a "coach" telling you that your likelihood of making any money with the first program is basically impossible due to not being a "professional" website and not having a ".com" name rather than the original package which offers "ispeedway.com" website. They then offer to sell you a "super store" for well over $400 more with "free hosting".
5. THEN you will receive a call from Google telling you that the only way your store can make it above the other businesses and especially other ispeedway businesses is to invest over $2,000 in Google's package deal.
How can someone get "suckered" without doing the research? You think you are merely calling for their "free" software program while not at a computer. They are very good salesmen/women and extremely hard to get off the phone long enough to research as their "one time deal" is only good while on the phone at the first call. Yes, this is a scam as not only did I not make any money, I did not even get a single visitor in 28 days and as stated before everyone at ispeedway has the same expensive "offers" so impossible.
The only way I was able to "hopefully" get my money back was to threaten to report to the Better Business Bureau. (Which is a "fail" company in their reports.) |

I can just think how much this company takes people for all that they can get them for. I would be rich to if I rip off people. I spent over $7000.00 on this sh*t. all the coaching and the website. And nothing yet. They try and tell you that all you need to do is submit to the search engines and that will do it. BULL SH*T. I do that every month and still nothing happens. I tell all my friends not to try this.
I am just so upset

I had gone with ispeedway over a year ago and have been hit with there ridiculous fees and sometimes even doubled them on some occasional months. When you contact them they say it is a mistake and they will correct it but they never do. This happened to me approximately 6 times. The other thing is they double as direct warehouse to help you sell but there prices are 2x's higher then you can get anywhere else. I would not ever recommend this company to anyone and hope to god there is a class action suit against them is which I will gladly participate. One other note is even with there webite, I had not sold 1 item till this date thus making me cancel this earlier today very unsatisfied. I hope they come down on them for all the crap they push and do not deliver. |

Fortunately I only signed up for the 10 buck thing. They sure did try to push me to spend some bucks. When I got home, I investigated the company. I called back to get my 10 bucks back and they said that was a "processing fee"..and that it was non refundable and that the fee reserved website space. needless to say I have closed out my bank account in reading the horror stories about this place. I signed up last night after hearing a radio commercial, then having a very lengthy and convincing conversation with an associate on the phone. I usually don't do anything before researching it to death but they sold me on the 30 day grace period, $495.95 later I hung up the phone and had a package on the way to me. I immediately got on the internet and started reading what BBB had to say as well as all of you. I called back within an hour to cancel, and I must say that they were prompt in answering, did not argue with me too much and blamed most of the negative publicity on outsourcing to India. They said it could take up to 20 days to get my money back on my card,we'll see I guess, but thank you all for sharing your experiences....I do not have the money to waste. |

Hey there, I'm embarrassed to note that I'm one of those people that totally believed in ispeedway. They convinced me to buy $7500.00 platinum website. I told them it was all the money i had, he said this site will pay that back in 2 months NO PROBLEM and very little work on my part. Well i'm doing all the work, hours and hours of work. I'm not happy and haven't made a dime, not even on EBAY. Can i get my $$ back? I don't know where to turn. I broke the bank on this one :((((.
Thanks,

I am also another casualty of ISpeedway. I lost my job June 5, 2008 and I spent over $6,000.00 to get a "professionally designed" website and all the "perks". This was to save my home and I could have made 6 mortgage payments but they convinced me this is what I needed to do to make the "BIG" money. Well, 9 months later and I have not sold one product from my store. I worked hard on my site and tried all the things my "lessons" tought me to do and NOTHING!!! Not even during the Holidays!! I may lose everything now. I am ready to be a part of any class action lawsuit. I am also going to contact the Attorney General to actually see where I stand as far as getting my money back. Count me in. |

I have purchased the upgrade platinum store through ispeedway in August of 2008. I was promised 100,000 "Guarenteed Traffic" and items to sell at wholesale price. Well after I got my store up and running and I started working on it I discovered not only were the "wholesale prices" far over priced but the shipping costs were also outrageous! I have since asked for a refund and have come up empty so far. I will not stop until I am issued a refund.
Anyone interested in a class action suit, let me know. Also if anyone has hired an attorney in order to get a refund and has won please contact me. |

This internet "business? is one of the biggest scams I have ever seen. They tell you on the phone when you call that the first 30 days is refundable and it is a completely different story when you call to cancel. I had to speak with 3 different people to even get to the cancellation department and they were all extremely extremely rude and smart mouth when I called in to cancel. I definetly have learned my lesson with bullshit like this and i plan to call every radio station i hear advertising I will not even listen to their station if I hear the advertising for ispeedway I wont even listen to the station anymore. Anyone joining in a class suit? I'm there! |

To Everyone
I purchased ispeed in August 2008. I was told after 30 Days I could cancel if I wasn't happy. I called to cancel and they sent me to 2-3 different people. They later told me they would not accept the cancellation. The said the had to check some recording and get back to me. The did not get back to me and waited until after thirty days to contact me, then said it was to late. During the first two weeks I bought a domain name and a Imall. I used 2 different credit cards to do this. After this I realized that there was no way I could make money. After I canceled, ispeed started charging all the cards at the same time of the month. I had to cancel all the cards and may have to close the accounts to stop this
activity. Do not give them your credit card!!!!! |

A friend of mine paid many $thousands for his iSpeedway site, ran it for a year and did not sell one product. He asked me as someone with a bit of experience in affiliate marketing to take it over and make it work.
Having now looked at it I cannot see how anyone would make a dime. The major problem is product pricing. If you take ANY product from their inventory, copy the details and paste into Google, the Google Base Shopping Results will return sites selling the product for just a few dollars more (and sometimes less) than iSpeedway's member cost. And that's without shipping which most of the competition offer for free.
Anyone shopping on the net will go for the cheapest price, that is the whole point of internet shopping, finding the lowest price, so with iSpeedway's suggested selling prices, you don't stand hope in hell. |

I've got some news for most of you wealth seekers who bought an online business and are now dissatisfied, disappointed or even angry. Ispeedway is not set up to make you rich, it is set up to sell you an online store. Period! It's obvious that the folks at ispeedway, regardless of what you think of them, have done their jobs, so the getting wealthy part is up to us.
Since my last post to this review back in December, I've changed my ispeedway domain name to better reflect the product I'm selling, which is jewelry. It seems very basic but it's one of the little tid-bits that is included my internet marketing education. Since I already made the purchase investment I had to take the other two steps in order to make the business work. Carol H., Joliet, IL is right!
If you already made the monetary investment you may as well make the time investment and the education investment and get your business up and running. They're both crucial to the success of your business. After all, it's your wealth we're talking about, right? Don't get mad. Get wealthy! |

They are a straight biz opp company! |

I spent hours today and 3 phone calls to Ispeeday trying to get instructions on building my beginner site. Each call was different than the next- never giving me the info that worked. I selected a ton of products to upload to my site and mysteriously - NOTHING got uploaded to my site. I think it's a scam so you will call and they will try to sell you an upgraded site.$$$$$ After reading a comment above RE:gal who paid for upgraded site then she said it was tedious to say the least - f*k that sh*t! I'm not going to pay for someone to build my site then have me do most of the work and ideas. I told those clowns to cancel my site. I NEVER even got a cd in the mail!! |

I am ok with the $10 I pissed away to look into the business opportunity. Beyond that I think the whole thing is comical. I hadn't even finished the initial phone convo when the chic starts pushing these "upgrades" to first time buyers. So when I asked why I could get this special price for spending blindly on a product I know absolutely nothing about, but if I tried the trial and did really well with it, and decided to go with the upgrades later on down the road, why would I be rewarded by having to pay a ridiculously higher amount for the upgrades. The answer: -----
well I didn't actually get one, we just sorta blended to the next topic.
Anyways, I made the call on 2/4/09, and just got my package today 2/18. But yesterday I got this call from a rep who insisted I could never meet my financial goals on a trial account, and that I would need to upgrade to the $6400 package. She really worked her sales push well. I was amused by the whole thing. Since I told her I didn't have ANY money to work with, she said with just $1000 down I could arrange to credit the rest and make $80 payments on the balance. Insert LMFAO here! I knew this whole concept is a scam and a joke right from the first call, when the woman who answered didn't pick up the phone and say nothing more then "hello". I thought I had called someones home with an 800 # lol. So I decided to research the business a little bit. I just went to yahoo and typed in ispeedway and hit search. The first page had some review sights, and a couple of stores that operate under ispeedway, then a trail of about 10 pages of inactive sights set up to operate under ispeedway.
You know I could just sit here and blah blah blah all day long, but the signs are easy to see, and the feedback is overwhelmingly obvious. If you still dont get it, make it a point to read the feedback above from an EX ISPEEDWAY EMPLOYEE. This is just another in a long list of scams. If you lose out on $10 like I did, call it a learning experience, if you loose out on thousands of dollars, call yourself an idiot and take some courses in business education. |

You all heard the ad on your local radio station. Call the radio station and complain that they are advertising for a company that is a scam. Guess what your radio station will no longer do business with them because the last thing your radio station wants is to lose its listeners do to false advertising that they are allowing on their station. If all radio stations shut them out then ispeedway can NOT make money. |

I have worked for internet speedway now known as ispeedway for 9 months. What I have learned is that ipeedway can care less about you and your success. The only thing they care about is your credit card availability. The customers are a joke to them and of course nothing but dollar signs.I would have to say out of the 5 years they have been selling this product the only people who make money are the ones with their own product line. For all the people that signed up my suggestion would be to contact the attorney general Terry Goddard. If they have enough complaints they will make a formal investigation. Not only that but they play a very fine line with a biz op. If they get ruled as a biz op then they have to pay out Millions of dollars and return everyones money. I would think that all of the customers that signed up with them believed that this was a business oppt. Hit them in their pocket book as they hit yours with no remorse or regards. It only takes a handful of all of you customers to take a stand and follow through with our attorney generals office plus you always have the news crew. Goodluck to all. However if your purchased the bigger stores all you have to do is threaten to call the a.g. office and they will refund every cent back no matter how long ago you signed up. |

Im sorry to all of you who did not read the terms of use. They are allowed to send your info via e-mail instead of a package and are not obligated to refund your money after your 30 days. They also provide cancellation instructions in the terms. The products they provide may suck but im not giving my secret out on how I make my money. You should have thought and read before you jumped into this. You are obviously not smart enough to run a business if you cannot read and plan something that will play a major role in your life and income. Most of you cancelled before you really put effort into it and I am sorry for you!

I answered the ispeedway ad on October 16th ’08, agreed to the 30 day trial and went to work on my site using the information they sent me. To date I’ve invested about $250.00 and 600 hours in this business with no return on my investment. Obviously I’m not happy about this and, based on what I’ve read today, it looks like I’m part of the majority – about 95% of us are in the hole with this company, some deeper than others. I don’t profess to have any answers but there must be something we could do as a group. Aby, IL says may be we should share information. Maybe that’s a good place to start, especially for the people who lost money, and maybe the ones who made money can share their secrets of success. I read about 100 comments on this sounding board and if anyone believes like I do that there is strength in numbers, let’s share information! Check out my site at www.tpjaveton.com or email me at tony@tpjaveton.com and let’s help each other to come up with a solution to this problem. By the way, those of you who can’t believe you allowed yourselves to get get talked into this. Guess what? You’re not the only ones, so let’s see if we can make some lemonade out of this lemon!

2007Don’t do business with ISpeedway.com

As a business owner I know the value of time when it comes to making money. Nothing will kill a sale faster than wasting my time. A few weeks ago I came across an opportunity to get involved with auctions to make some extra money on top of what I am already doing.
I gave my credit card info and got the package in a few days. Considering this was a new venture I was looking forward to digging into things. Well the business that I already have along with a better opportunity came along so I called up ISpeedway.com to let them know I wanted to cancel.
The Ispeedway.com call queue was heavy so I went to there online service to talk to one of the online reps to cancel my service. You would think that canceling online would be fast an convenient. Nothing could be further from the truth.
The ISpeedway.com rep that came on to chat with me spent the better part of thirty minutes trying to convince me that there service was the best thing since sliced bread. The conversation went as follows:
Glen: I made the purchase thinking I could do this along with my current online business but other business obligations have come up and I don’t have the time to lauch something new
Steve: I completely understand.
Steve: Time and money have one thing in common; you have to take the time to make money.
Steve: Glen,Internet Speedway is an incredible product and business opportunity. We have the resources available to show you how to spend your limited time and get the results that can make a real difference in your situation.
Glen: yes indeed and Im not willing to take the time away from a current money maker to work a new venture at this time
Steve: Through Internet Speedway’s experience of over 10 years, we know that clients who are making money with their business all have one thing in common.
Steve: They are putting one foot in front of the other, and at some point they all had to step out of their comfort zone a little bit to get going.
Glen: I can understand that Steve two years ago I stepped away from my current job to start my online business so I konw what you mean. I still would like to cancle this service though.
By now the Ispeedway.com rep was starting to upset me but I decided to stay cool. While I was on chatting with him I dialed customer service and during the time I was holding this happened:
Glen: yes Im waiting to get the information that I requested so I can cancel the service
Steve: I don’t want our valued customers to lose this oppurtunity..
Steve: Glen, your 30 day trial period ends on 05/02/2007
Steve: I suggest you to see all this..
Steve: If you would not feel any satisfaction..
Steve: You can cancel your account.
Steve Has Disconnected
As you can see the oh so helpful ISpeedway.com representative hung up on me via messenger without helping me. I was still on hold and waiting when finally someone came on the line and is less than three minutes my situation was solved. I had my cancellation number and was ready to package there product up when I realized from looking at the paperwork there was no return address!
I started the chat again figuring that I would have better luck talking to a different representative from ISpeedway.com, this is the result:
2nd Rep
George: Hi, my name is George. How may I help you?
Glen: hi george I am doing a return and just need the mailing address so I can complete the return
Glen: I already have my RMA number but the return address is nowhere on the ispeedway website
George: So did you have the return address of ispeedway.
Glen: I no longer have the original box my package came in
Glen: so I dont have the return address
George: Please give me a moment.
Glen: ok
George Has Disconnected
After being on hold for another twenty-four minutes I finally got through to a ISpeedway.com representative that gave me the address after hesitating as if finding something as simple as the return mailing address to the company that you work for is like asking for the secret codes to a nuclear submarine.
In the end after over two hours and speaking with four representatives both online and offline I give ISpeedway.com a failing grade in customer service. They may have a good product but I refuse to try it and I will make sure to spread the word that if you do decide to try there product to expect delays and run arounds trying to get anything accomplished.
For a service that is supposed to be connected to the internet to help people make money in a fast efficient manner ISpeedway.com falls way short of what is considered good customer service. |

After calling in on a Tuesday evening around 5, inquiring about their program, and talking to a fast talking salesman, my original order spending $9.95 got talked into $49.90. Also being told I would see this confirmation in my email shortly. Although they tried to sell me a whole ball of wax and spend about $400 bucks, I managed to go with this for starting costs. You'd think at 49 years of age I would have learned by now get rich quick things... aren't that. After doing some researh the next morning I decided to cancel this entire order, also note no emails had been receieved to date, check my spam filter, junk mail..and even phoned at around 10:00 AM, spoke with a Jeff who transferred me to Customer Service they had no idea why I hadn't received anything yet..and verified my email and were sending again.. that was an hour ago.. still nothing. Called back spoke with another associate, he explained that he was unable to cancel the order as it had been processed and shipped out this morning. I explained everything to him.. after some arguing he said he would refund the $39.90 after their review assuming I didn't dispute the charge to my credit card of the $49.90. If you haven't done it yet.. don't do it... I plan on disputing the entire amount now after the mickey mouse run around I was given and my lengthy hold time trying to talk to the "right" person. "Why don't we learn these lessons?" Mark |

i could see who was going to make the money.
the first thing they wanted was a card number

that i would send them a money order for the 9.95
a poastal money order they would not take.
so i knew something was not right. |

Internet speedway is bad news right off the bat. The free c.d. will cost you $9.95 to have it sent
to you,lie number one. Next they will try to upgrade you to a turbo package,(more lousy products) for an additional $29.99 and an internet
shopping mall for an additional $29.99. After they
have your info and your money,5 payments of $69.99, they will be calling to let you know its
hard to make money without upgrading to a superstore. They will ask for up to 7 grand for a
platinum version don,t fall for it. Then they will
tell you about their I-academy,to grab more of
your hard earned money. The imbasil academy and
their smooth talkers want your money, don,t even
start with them! They are no damn good! Heed this

I thought the radio ad was well placed and the message was clear. "People become millionaires because they make up their minds to become millionaires". I'm in my 7th. day of the trial period. My site is set up, my imall site is up, the ebay account is activated and my paypal & merchant accounts have been activated all as a result of my affiliation with ispeedway. I haven't made any money yet, and I've spent a little under $40.00 so I have a ways to go. I guess my point is this: For less than $40.00 I've set up a business with a store with access to a warehouse fully-stocked with merchandise that I can sell at a profit. For the next 3 weeks its going to be up to me to determine if its going to work! I spent bout 6 hours a day for 7 days getting set up! The millionaire part may take a lifetime, but the question is whether I've gotten my money's worth thus far. Is the opportunity worth what I've laid out to get set up? Those of you who referred to others as "dumb" for wanting to succeed where you haven't been able to may be a bit harsh in your criticism. Hey Sheena, SC - I hope this helps. Good luck! |

Everything that these people have said is true. I have been with Ispeedway for a year now, with nothing to show. I have a website, but with no tech support or the so-called "admin". when you call for help, all they want to do is sell you as much marketing/advertising search engines so they make there profit with irregards to you and your website. If you don't go big with them, they want nothing to do with you. |

i just got fired from ispeedway , i worked there for 8 months, i know the ins and outs of the place and everything about everything, its a legal company with shady business techniques and a profit oriented model that doesnt cater to the customer, most people fail, several succeed, there are several reasons for that, one their products are outdated and not wholesale as you all know, two your website is generic and sucks ass, 3 its all about marketing and advertising and you should really invest thousands into that using all types of ways and they dont provide the best methods for the best value, another reason most people fail is because most people are failures , most that call cant even spell internet, they take advantage of three types of people, the uneducated, the minorities, and the poor, sometimes a combination of all three, i got more calls from the ghettos of detroit and atlanta georgia than anyone else, its easier to manipulate and take advantage of those and anyone who is dumb enough to call one of these numbers first off then put down money, its one thing to try it out for 10 bucks, but spending 5000 for what? most of the people that order this shit are idiots when it comes to internet businesses and dont need all their help and that you should seperate all three, the products, ways to sell the products, the website, not get all of them for one price, thats too good to be true and really is, alot of people also never look at the business or forget about it or are too stupid to realize they entered a binding contract on the phone when the sales agent went to a verification screen, overall this company is very shady, borderline immoral, and they only care about making money , well Omar Sayad the owner that is, the bottom line is most of you will fail in businesses, nothing is guaranteed in life, not everyone is gonna be the next Warren Buffet, but if you have any chance of succeeding online, and trust me im about to start two dotcoms of my own with GoDaddy, your best chance is not with ispeedway, and to actually do the research and figure out how to do it on your own, just google how to do it, any questions write back , if you need representation in a lawsuit, let me know, thanks |

I agree with all of the above. I have had this program for 2 years and have not made a sale. And yes I was talked into spending lots of money to upgrad and then never heard from them again. It is not that simple to set up either. Then you have to put your own prices in because some of the items were way overpriced. Then, there items in their warehouse are not special at all.
I am very dissappointed! |
