After posting my last comment I called VISA and they pointed out that the numbers in the company name beside the payment appeared to be a phone number. The phone number I called was 1-800-462-9883. They were able to refund the second payment easily as well as cancel the account. I am stubborn even about a dollar when is a dollar that is being stolen from me so I insisted on being refunded this as well...this required being transferred to a supervisor...but again she refunded it easily. I have confirmation numbers for both and now waiting that they follow through. Lets hope this works!!! |

I have a brother who used to make decent money posting ads for google, so when i saw a local paper with a news story about a woman who lost her job due to the recession and was making a living this way I thought it may be a similar deal. So like everyone else...I considered the $1 info deal...got scared off when they tried to submit for $60, and closed the whole thing without confirming anything. They have so far deducted both of these amounts..I haven't received a thing...and not sure how to cancel. I see this question over and over but does anyone actually know the answer to it?????? |

"Google Pay Day!" company has nothing to do with Google company, but just uses the Google name. |

For the 'special get it now before September-30' for just $0.99, the offer looked worthy of risking such a small amount.
But, I too read the 'fine print' before clicking the SUBMIT button and alarm bells immediately rang long and loud. Under a new tab, I searched for more information and was disgusted to learn that there are many so-called legitimate websites giving support a scam by having links on their pages!
Why hasn't Google done something about the use of their trade name by a pack of thieves? |

I was about to sign up for this SCAM!!! but I decided to not do it and clicked the red "X" to close the window but a "live chat" came up so I decided ok I'll ask a few questions. The whole conversation was animated. I kept asking questions and the stupid thing kept saying "Are you still there?" All they wanted was for me to click the link to sign up for the SCAM!!! Don't do it! |

I never got the phone number to cancel my order when i signed up. I didn't get anything in the mail then my credit card statements came in and I have charges for $67/mo each month and I have called my credit card company to not allow this charge but how do I get my money back that they have charged? |

Just cancel your card and lodge a credit card dispute with your bank to have the charges reversed. |

Okay so I had a look at Google Pay Day... $2.70 wasn't too bad to investigate... however I never clicked submit... it did it by itself and has deducted the amount twice from my account. Further, the supposedly Australian version still requires a US postcode that unless you input you can't get software download or receive any postal mail...
And what confirmation email??? I am still waiting!
And how do you make inquiries when there is no available contact and the company that operates it has a website containing no information and no contact details.

I too almost fell for this garbage... I turned my pop-up blocker off yesterday briefly for a legitimate reason but forgot to turn it back on.
In addition, I've been unemployed for about two months now. I must hand it to these scoundrels, in my unemployed state of mind, this thing hit me
just right to be taken in at first, but once I saw that STUPID clock running and a field used to enter my credit card number, suddenly I had this vision as I saw LOTS of money swirling down this
huge drain hole with about 10 neg. G-s applied!!
At that point felt pretty dumb, but caught myself in time say Ah-haaaaaa... more Cyber-Dick-Heads
on the loose.
Thanks for the info. |

Thanks to all. You saved me much aggravation! I believe if it sounds to good to be true, it isn't true, but I was still tempted. Before I typed my name, I decided to check on-line. Of course, it tried to sweet talk me even more by lowering the initial price to $.99. Then I saw everyone's comments. I would cancel the cc also. They can't bill to a closed account. |

For all those that talk before they know, how about researching the product you're buying before you buy it? And not clicking on the "I accept" button before reading the "fine print". For all those complaining about the pricey monthly fees, are those that are simply bitter for not reading that not-so-fine print, and need someone or something to blame for their mistakes. Just like any purchase online, there is info about billing and shipping that further explain terms and details, and in that chunk of writing, it DID state that you will get billed and shipped more info. And you know those representatives that blow up your telephone literally days before you even receive your disk? Before you mistake them for telemarketers, how about hearing them out? THEY are the ones that really make that success in those advertisements possible. They offer a program to connect you with a personal trainer to literally assist you with EVERY single aspect of building a successful business. What I learned is that they even guarantee your investment BACK. For those who are not business building experts, good luck starting a business with no investment and no help. I'd like for all you complainers to find a different business that is willing to work with you until you earn that investment back, and then tell me that this is a scam. For once, all you people need to stop talking crap before knowing what you are even talking about. Oh and btw, those google experts that train you... are dare I say, success stories themselves =O |

If it's too good to be true, then it is!
work-at-home biznesses are a scam almost all the time. I feel bad for those who bought in, but you have to do research before diving in to something that promises such unrealistic results for such little effort. The only ones making big money are those at the top of this pyramid scheme.
One last thing: Do not EVER use a "debit" card when performing any online transaction. ALWAYS use a "true" credit card. you have no safety or limit with a debit card, it's linked directly to your bank account, and they can drain your account in short time. But by using a credit card, if you get ripped off, the CC company will go to war to get the money back, and also you are only obligated to the first $50 of any fraudulent activity, if at all (they'll waive that if you call within 2 weeks of suspicious activity after receiving a bill with questionable charges).
With a debit card, you are screwed! Be warned... |

DO NOT TOUCH WITH THIS COMPANY. |

Hi, Im from Australia and noticed google pay day on facebook. I thought it might be genuine because it was by Google, I was putting in all my details even typed in my credit card details when i thought I better read the disclosure in fine print at the bottom, it said I would be charged x amount of dollars for this, that, and the other monthly! Alarm bells went off in my head....so I quickly deleted all my details, when I tried to close the page an automated person came up offering me all these special deals... half price this, free that....blah blah blah! I got off there real quick! I checked other sites saying it was a scam so I'm feeling very lucky....Always go with your instinct, if its too good to be true it usually is!! |

Hi Everyone, There are a lot of companies trying to make money off of you while also using large corporations names. The large Corp has nothing to do with these scams.
If you truly want to make a living online then learn about affiliate marketing. Once you understand AFM then learn about Google placements, twitter, yahoo, facebook and so much more.
Don't let the checks fool you and always read the fine print before you opt in for anything. Yes, It will take you a few more minutes but it will save you a lot of stress later.
Making it online is possible you just have to be committed. |

I was reading several reviews which are very successful. I entered just for curiosity and I really tried my best to pay attention to any notices regarding charges which I did not see any and before I knew it I entered the initial place where it takes you. I then stopped at number one and after two to three days suddenly my card was charged about $78.00. I went back to this website.I was not able to get a number for me to cancel. I was able to get it when I called my credit card service. For me this is the last time I will go into these seemingly success stories specially when they ask for your credit card. Thank you. |

First of all when they want you to fill out your credit card they say it is a secure site....wrong....you do not see the https: without the ....s...it is not secure. There also is not the security lock at the bottom of your page.
The next thing I would suggest is to cancel your credit card...say it was lost or something...and just order a new card. It only takes about a week. That would be the easiest way to stop them from taking any more money from you. |

I was sucked in to their web of lies too, I wanted out, contacted my credit card company. they contacted them, gave me a phone number for E Millionaires System 1-800-952-3046 I called the number, "temporarily out of service, call back in two hours." Credit card company called the number to confirm that it was outta service. Then they posted on my card the day I canceled my subscription to the scam. they suggested to keep trying to contact this company and if no results and shows up the said company has withdrawn money from my accout, the credit card company will intervene. This is how I went about trying to get out. All I have to do now is wait and see if they're going to try to scam more money out of me. If so it's war! Good luck, contact you credit card company for starters. |
