Fortune 500 USA

www.Fortune500USA.com Review & Comments: Is Fortune 500 USA a Scam?

Fortune 500 USA (www.fortune500usa.com) is a company that sells business opportunities in the form of ecommerce affiliate websites.  They believe that by using their proven websites and system for selling anyone can make money online.  So is this really a solid opportunity or just another fly-by-night scam?

There are many companies in the same business as Fortune500USA, and you can choose from tons of prefabricated websites with a myriad of built in products to sell.  The reason is because making the website is not the hard part, the difficulty is selling the products at a profit.

In this case, Fortune500USA is selling you websites that focus solely on selling Amazon.com products.  Now just to clear things up, Fortune 500 USA does not have any kind of special relationship with Amazon, anyone can join their affiliate program for free and earn commissions linking to Amazon's products.

The problem with this business model is twofold; currently Amazon's affiliate program pays out up 15% of the product's sale price in commission.  This means that if you sell a $20 book you'll earn around $3 for your efforts.  In the internet marketing industry this is a pretty low commission percentage which leaves you a slim profit margin.

This is why most affiliates don't focus on Amazon as their main source of income, the majority of people who do well with Amazon have very popular websites that generate tons of free traffic.  If you work with Fortune 500 USA this will not be you, as you'll have to buy your traffic from search engines.

The problem then becomes profitability, if it costs you between $0.30 - $1.00 per click for each visitor to your website and you're mainly selling books and CDs you would need approximately 1 out of every 5 visitors to buy something from your site just to break even.  I can tell you that even with the best website you won't see this kind of conversion.

This is why most people lose money with sites like Fortune500USA.com.  If you want an ecommerce business it's best to cut out any middlemen and build it your self.  That way you can select the best products with the highest earning power to ensure your profits.

I've also been told that after your initial purchase Fortune500USA reps will contact you in order to sell you their advertising services.  Basically, they'll charge you an additional $4,000 - $6,000 to put up online advertisements for your site.  Again this is something that you should be doing for yourself if you're serious about running an online business.

Now, add to the mix more customer complaints on refund problems and this opportunity becomes a total disaster.  It's sad that bad apples like Fortune 500 USA ultimately discourage people from starting an online business, but the truth is that you can make money online.

Fortune500usa.com has converted to Fortune500affiliate.group... new owners are are Multi Million dollar producers. These owners where executives or media coaches @ Global Cash Flow Network CMPS/Mary Gersten & Dan kuschell. GCFN has closed down but the business model, materials, blue prints where all sold or transferd to Fortune500Affiliategroup on Camelback & 27th ave in Phx Az under ownership of a Kevin Huet. In laments term..you where sold the same exact thing they sold at global cash flow network. Global cash flow network failed because of negative media on the internet & the owners bailed..One of the master minds opened up fortune500affiliates & moved all the movers and shakers on the back end with them..Fortune500affiliates will most likely hit $1.000.000 Million in its first year if not more!! Affiliate marketing is FREE people..websites are a dime a dozen or FREE if you look or very little!! If you want your money back..Go to the internet and google SAMPLE, Notice Of Claim Docs or go to any legal document store or print it on WORDS. In the Notice Of Claim..Demand your money back even the advertising they shanked you on for $4.000-$10.000!! advise them that in 30 days a lawsuit is being filed if a full or partial refund is NOT returned!! If after 30 days you have NO success, you grab the same credit card you used to pay for the pile of sh*t they sold you and have an attorney send them a letter this may run you 25$-$200 if you want him to follow up!!

I just joined it and now I wanna quit. Took around 600NZD(450USD) for some stupid start up fee. Then they kept phoning me and saying that i should continue because I've already paid for it. So not going to...losers! How do I get them to not bother me? Change my phone number? Good thing that I quickly went to the bank to cancel my credit card and get a new number in case they deduct money from me.

To whom it may concern:
I have just been scammed by the Fortune 500 affiliate group.

I do not make much money and I invested the capital I had to join this very promising venture only to find out that it was a scam. I was only hoping to offer my family a better life. Due to this turn of events I am now unable to pay most of my bills.

Can someone please help me try to recover the money I paid for the program?? It would be highly appreciated.

Thank you,
Regards
J Jardim

Fortune 500 is a scam. The two operators of this operation take advantage of anyone they can. Their operation is based on lies and deception. They could care less if anyone is hurt or put out. They have to hide out in locked offices because they know how many people they've scammed. Their families must be proud!

You guys that spent your money on a gamble. Not all businesses work especially online ones.

When you receive a product for money and/or service - it is NOT a scam. When those things don't help you generate any money - it is NOT a scam. It is; however, an extreme gamble.. one that you LOST.

I'm sorry for the complainers on this site that have lost their money, but blaming the company instead of yourself is directing the blame to the wrong individual.

Remember, be smart with your money and know 100% what you are doing with it or you will lose it - whether it be to a new car, business opportunity, clothes, etc.

god bless.

They also go by Universal Internet Experts. Same people, same scam. I fell for it and now I'm trying to get my refund. I'm within the 14 day cancellation window, but of coarse they won't call me back.
I've left messages. Sent a fax today and sent the same letter to them.
The CC company is taking over from here, because I'm sure they will not call me until day 15.
How do people sleep at night knowing they are stealing from hard working people that work for their money.

All these comments are very strange considering I spent over $4000 bucks and made about 10k last year during the holiday. The tv commercial they produce is real and people who say they got ripped off probably didn't follow through with the business. Always excused from people who never had a business. IT COST LOTS OF MONEY!!!HELLO??!??

We have been taken for 9000.00 by WebIncomeUSA which uses Fortune500USA for their advertising. Their so called commercial is a joke and of course it was never run on any station at any time. I am sending copies of all these complaints to my credit card company. You have the right to dispute a charge up to one year with most of them. Please post your complaint and take the time to send it to the Attorney General of Arizona. His address is on line.

This company is a scam in the worst possible way. They continually change their name to stay a step ahead of the lawsuits. If you signed up recently, cancel. You only have 14 days to cancel. Don't let them talk you into it or offer to charge you less. Cancel. If you are lucky enough to cancel within the time period, call them everyday if you can. Friend of mine canceled in the nick of time but waited a month to call about his refund. If you sort out the lies they won't even think of issuing you the refund until you call in. Even if you send them their "packet" back with a note. They won't do anything till you call. Make a nuisance of yourself I'm sure they hate it. If need be I'd threaten them with a BBB complaint or Attorney General. A scam like this needs to stay just inside the law but enough complaints will put them out. Best of luck to all

What do you have to do to make this work? I had to get advertising. Does any body on here know how to advertise? I don't know where to start looking. I got to make this work...

I was working with Web income USA, LLC and Fortune500USA was used to bill some advertising for them. Since I didn't know Fortune500USA I called the number on the credit card statement to find out who it was.

Paul Gunderson answered the phone claiming that this was a scam and a fraud. He claimed the number was his home phone and someone was using it to scam people. He gave me Detective Swainson from the Scottsdale, AZ police department phone number (480) 312-5363.

Detective Swainson said that he has been following up on Fortune 500 USA and Web Income USA as being scams. He said they are working just inside the letter of the law and suggested reporting them to the Arizona Attorney General office. Terry Goddard of Az Attorney General office can continue collecting complaints against these folks until there are enough complains to do something.

Good Luck to you and protest any charges that you get from them. Especially if you put it on the credit or debit card.

I bought the basic deal for $250 with a promise that I would get the hosted website plus a personal coach. Two days later the "coach" called - the coaching consisted of trying to sell me up to $9000 in television advertising TODAY - NOW. When I said that I wanted to speak with my wife first, he encouraged me to put it on my credit card TODAY and that I would get a paycheck or two before she would find out. Some coach. I started the dispute process through my credit card company for the $250 and we will see where this goes.
