I am a x employee of foreclosures daily. I left there b4 things got to bad. I can tell you from day one that I worked there that things were always a bit scammy and became worse and worse as time went on. Be certain that when you pick up the phone and call in if you receive a live rep they have every intention of not giving you a straight answer about anything regarding money. I had a huge weight on my conscience when I worked there. I once had a women on the phone that was 20k in debt and wanted to buy/sell probate properties. I was pressured to sell her another 7k kit that was nothing more than a binder of information that she could of obtained anywhere. All of the sales reps called themselves investment advisers and most of them did not have over a 6th grade education. However, some did don't get me wrong. The Owners except for Debbie were the worst. All they cared about was money. Mike Kane & and Mike Parisi would make you a 100% guarantee in a minute and never ever keep it. We always had unsatisfied customers. We almost never fully returned money. We always gave out a no questions ask return policy but always gave the customer a hassle about returning. Mike Parisi walked around the office like he was the man cause he had a sales room full of females. We called him Daddy Parisi to stroke his ego. Those guys were such jokes. I personally went on a lunch outing with Mike Kane when I became a employee and from day one I was not impressed I could see right through him. He's a very fake person. None of the information in the Foreclosures Daily data base is up to date. Foreclosures Daily buys a lot of the information from other services. When they can't buy they turn to researchers who as you can see are under paid and barely paid at that. This company is now operated out of a living room!! Don't waste your hard earned cash go with a more reliable service or just do the research yourself or hire one it's more productive, accurate, and cheaper!

I am yet another independent contractor who worked faithfully for Foreclosures Daily for 2 + years. In October of 2008 at the height of the foreclosure boom, all of the researchers who provided all of the valuable information onto the company website, were laid off without warning, from the company after they began having financial issues. We were given this information in a very impersonal manner and told that we would in fact be paid for our final 3 weeks of work. It is now 10 months later, and I have not received a dime. I have contacted one of the owners, Michael Kane, by email and phone calls on several occasions to no avail. False promises not only to his own former employees, but apparently to many customers as well. Knowing what I know now, I would NEVER have affiliated myself with a company with such substandard business practices and disgraceful morals. To any of the other researchers who have not yet been paid, please contact the U.S. Department of Labor to file a complaint-813-288-1242

Mike Parisi and Mike Kane are complete scam-artists. Mike Parisi was the ringleader at the company (ForeclosuresDaily) and barked orders at everyone just to make himself feel like he was the "man". When he was not busy ripping off innocent customers, he was having an affair with his finance coordinator. One word = KARMA.

I too paid them 1 year in advance by credit card and was told I could shut it off any time for any amount of time and then resume when I wanted and that those shut off months wouldn't be counted. So I shut if off after 10 days because of a family emergency. Now I call to have it turned back on and every number I find is disconnected. I think they skipped with my money $850.00.

I provided product support to Mike Kane and Mike Parisi. The padfolios, CD holders, Tote Bags etc. for there seminars. They paid great for 2 years..then May 2008 They placed a $9,000 order and after that... nothing. Hundreds of e-mails, phone calls and visits and nothing. Now I am paying the $9,000 out of my pocket. I never saw it coming. Now in this economy I pay $900.00 each month for 10 months. I saw the Hummer with the Foreclosuresdaily.com decals all over it. WOW...

I too was a ForeclosuresDaily casualty. I worked as an independent contractor for them for 5 years. They never paid me my last months earnings. Just an email, saying "stop working" we can't pay you. I've been continuing to send emails to Mike Parisi and Mike Kane to get my money they owe me. I am probably never going to see my money they owe me. They have just moved on and are starting over. It must be nice. Anyone looking for a good researcher in Hernando County or Citrus County, please let me know.

signed up for foreclosuresdaily.com due to advice from quite a few people...didn't do their free trial...instead i signed up for their special for 1 year...paid with credit card...went unto their site and found out that all the information is at least 2 weeks old or more. lots of stuff is in there wrong...when i tried to get my money back they politely told me to "get screwed" and that they wouldn't give me any money back (manager is very rude when you try and get any money back)...tried to argue with the credit card company and their answer was that their contract was so loosely written that i was stuck and couldn't get any money back...i'm stuck with this for a year, do not use it as i can get information by myself quicker...it cost me $1,299 which i cannot get refunded, so i'm stuck paying for a year...please tell all you know that their system sucks...check it out and find out for yourselves and don't get burned like i did...

Funny this article is dated only a month ago and now all of the researchers who have worked 50 -60 hours a week or more for the last year or 2 to keep up with the foreclosure market are now sitting with no jobs and no paychecks. No calls are answered or texts or emails. From anyone. My Mortgage payment is due tomorrow and I haven't been paid 1 penny for the work I have done for the entire month of September. I have been a researcher for 4 years for them. This is what I get. No warning, just an email yesterday stating that due to the slow economy and a problem with cash flow, they are not able to meet the payroll this month. Bet Mike Kane and Dave VanHoos have money in their account! Technically the doors are still open (although no one answers the phones). They are just asking that we keep working for now until they work out the kinks. Anyone looking for a highly qualified legal researcher with a background in the court system? There are only a couple of researchers left, and only because they have hope of a back pay.

The product is full of productivity features (ones that can be created with word and a few other technical tools if you have the expertise). Road lecturers/speakers provide insight regarding the "How To" but often their suggestions conflict with what personnel at FD's corporate office share verbally. Additionally, the company is NOTORIOUS for hiding UPCOMING fees. ADDITIONAL FEE insights are shared after you've signed on the line and provided your credit card for them to charge. Talk with members of the local REI groups for details.
