Food Lovers Fat Loss Reviews

About Food Lovers Fat Loss

Food Lovers Fat Lost System promotes a lifestyle change as opposed to a diet program.  They promote an idea based on making small, easy, changes to your eating habits for an overall metabolism makeover.  The informational material, used in their program, teaches you what foods to combine to increase your metabolism and ultimately burn fat faster.

While some programs supply the meals, they do not.  What they provide, is the information necessary to aid in your weight loss and improved overall health. They do not promote taking diet pills, buying “state of the art” workout equipment, participating in meal plans or self-doubt.

The program is easy to stick with because you can eat out; this is often a drawback of other weight loss plans.  Being able to eat the foods you love is one of the perks to the program; when foods are forbidden, it will often times make you want them more.

The Food Lovers Fat Loss Program can be purchased for six payments of $19.99 plus shipping and handling.  There is an 8-week money back guarantee.  A total of 7 informational sources are sent to you including the 21 Day Metabolism Makeover book, How to Make a Fat Loss Plate book, Eating Out Advisor book, Love to Eat Cookbook, Million Meals Menu Planner, Snack and Treat Guide, Classic Comfort Food Recipe Cards, Fat Loss Secrets CD Series, and the Food Lovers for Life book.  In addition, they send a Workout DVD and a 7-Day Size-Down Guide for free.

There are a number of diet books, videos and CDs on the market, and there are not many differences when comparing them.  If you have failed at every other diet plan and every weight loss program, this may not be for you.  The Food Lovers Fat Loss System is full of information for you to apply to your life and will work if you follow it.  Everyone is responsible for his or her own success; you must be mentally ready to make a change.  When you are ready to make that change, you will know.

I eat whatever I want mate!

I eat whatever I want! I love pizza! As long as I eat only a 2 square centimeter piece per day, I can still eat pizza and lose weight! I love double cheese burgers too! I buy a double cheese burger, divide it into 20 portions, and eat one portion per day! Great plan mates!! G'day.

they will find a way to screw you

Not sure if the diet works yet but beware they will find a way to gouge you one way or another. Upgrade to full payment and we will expedite your shipping--did not happen, still showed up late. Checked to see if it was post office and it was not. It did not even ship when it was suppose to. Said no to the online free trial because I have a baby and cant keep up with the cancelations. They still gave it to me and when I did not cancel after 2 weeks (because I wasnt suppose to have it) they charged me 64 dollars and would not refund it. I got pretty upset so they gave me half back. Whether diet works or not, they will make you pay for it. It is just really bad business.

The same thing happened to me, I had a terrible experience with them so buyer beware! This company is extremely shady and there are lots of complaints out there about them; I only wish I would've done more digging before getting placing an order. They added charges I said no to so I called them because I thought it was an error and they tried to tell me I had ordered them and didn't call within the 14 days to cancel and they wouldn't reverse any of the charges. I'm sure this is just normal business practice for them. I tried disputing the charges but because I was unable to prove that I had cancelled them, or not ordered them, Mastercard was unable to assist. I'm out over $120 ... be very careful if you do decide to do business with them. Go over the order they email you with a fine tooth comb and immediately call to cancel anything they've arbitrarily added to your order.
