About Equinox DNA
Equinox DNA, found online at www.EquinoxDNA.com, is a skin moisturizer which claims that its “revolutionary blend of raw materials” will penetrate the skin, raise moisture levels, and help erase wrinkles and fine lines.
According to their website, the Equinox DNA formula includes peptides which promote collagen production, plumping and firming the skin, to eliminate the appearance of wrinkles.
Their two main ingredients are called Polymoist-PS Complex, a peptide which they say is proven to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, and Argireline, which smoothes creases, tightens wrinkles, and visibly lifts skin within days.
They promise that their moisturizing formula will cause no irritation, no side effects, and has no harmful chemicals. They also say that due to their peptide based ingredients, their formula will turn back the aging process at the cellular level.
Equinox DNA comes in both a daytime and nighttime formula, and is intended for twice daily application after you wash and dry your face in the morning and evening.
With regular use, the website says that in less than 2 days, there is an increase of moisture in the skin by 440%, and after 4 weeks the visual appearance of fine lines will be decreased by up to 60%.
New customers to Equinox DNA can try the product during a 14 day trial for just a $4.95 Shipping & Handling charge. If you like the product, do nothing and at the end of the trial you will be charged $99.00 for the product.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I ordered this product on 21 November 2015. I received it on 1 December 2015, which only gave me three (3) days to try the product out. How can anyone see if a product works in only 3 days? I never even received the confirmation email that I was supposed to receive. I ordered this via my phone and all I saw was that it was a trial period for a thirty (30) day supply of the product. I guess I assumed that a 30 day supply would constitute a 30 day trial...but I found out the hard way that it was not the case at all. Today, 5 December 2015 I was notified by my bank that a charge of $109.00 was taken from my bank account. I IMMEDIATELY called my bank and had the charge disputed, which put the funds back into my account. Then I called the companies customer service number to explain to them that I haven't even had enough time to try the product and that I'll ship the product back first thing Monday morning and that I would like a full refund. I was informed that they can not do that but that I can keep the product and pay $60.00. I let them know that I do not want the product and that I expect a full refund. Then they told me that I can ship the product back but that there will be a restocking fee of $20.00. I was not happy with that and asked to speak to a supervisor. While speaking with him he did reduce the restocking fee to $10.00, which I let him know that I am not happy with but I guess I have to accept that as a small price to pay for trusting this company. I let him know that he lost a customer and his response was "ok." After getting off the phone I thought about the restocking fee and why would they need to restock the remaining product that someone has stuck their finger into in order to use it. That makes me wonder if I received a used product. I also tried to go through the process of ordering a new trial of the product from my computer (different name and information) to see if I would see anything mentioned about it being a 14 day trial, but upon clicking on the "Claim your trial" it took me to a completely different product named Pur Essance Anti-Aging Solution. Bottom line...avoid this product and anything to do with this company like the plague.
careful with this lot, they ask for your card to pay p&p for this muck, then they take money out of your account; not once but twice, and then you have to get the bank to change your details, nasty buggers, you only try these gits, just the once.
Awful Company - even worse customer service
Unfortunately my mother purchased this trial online without realizing what it entailed, and upon receiving the first product she had been charged for a total of 4 items (totaling nearly £400) however only received 3. upon eventually getting through to someone in customer service and arguing for nearly 2 hours to get a refund they agreed, so we sent the items back (paying our own shipping costs) and received less than £150 back. having spoke to customer service today (and after arguing with a customer service agent who was adamant there was no managers or supervisors available) got to speak to a manager who informed me that there is a £20 restocking fee PER PRODUCT and that they will only issue the refund for 2 products as that's all they received back.
This company is as good as a scam, and has been reported to trading standards, my best advice is steer well clear. i will post any further developments.
This is a fraudulent foreign company claiming to be a US company. Got charged 3 percent foreign transaction fee by citi as charge came from gbr. Once they get your credit or debit or bank account info they say you have agreed to their terms -they can send product indefinitely, charge over $100 per item and even when you cancel within trial period they keep sending products and refuse refunds even when they get products returned. I have reported them to all agencies. I even asked Amazon to stop selling equinox. As soon as Amazon stopped offering equinox wrinkle free, it appeared as equinox day &night serum at $147. Got Amazon to pull that off and it appeared as equinox instant wrinkle remover. I am lodging a major complaint with Amazon. Stay as far away as you can. If you have been scammed please, please report them to attorney general of the US, your state and everyone else you can think of.
Whoow, Thank You!!!
I was thinking about buying the product, but wanted to get some reviews to see if the product actually worked. Come to find out, by reading your stories that not only does the product doesn't work, they also scam you for your money. I thank you all for giving us a heads up on this product, customer service, and scamming people out of their hard earned money!!!!
The $4.95 trial wound up costing me over $200.00!!! They sent me the trial products and then a month later I noticed a charge for $99.00. Today I had another charge for $93.00!! I had to cancel my credit card to keep them from any future charges!! It makes me so angry that people feel the need to be deceitful to innocent people! I hope by sharing this that it will prevent others from being scammed!
I fell for the free sample trick but smelled a rat when my credit card was blocked and I had no confirmation email and couldn't get the page back.
I contacted my credit card provider who told me they blocked my card because the company had tried to take out a second unauthorised payment. I was assured that I didn't need to cancel my card as they were blocked. They also gave me the email address as Equinox kept it secret. I immediately emailed and cancelled and even requested them not to send the free sample.i thought that would be the end of the saga but when I checked my credit card details they had withdrawn £89 and I have not received a product. So much for cancelling within 14 days, I didn't even get 24 hours!
Now I am also in dispute with my credit card company too!!!!
Called to cancel & talked to Shane in customer service. No help what so ever!!!!!!! I'm out shipping cost. Spoke with my credit card company & they have banned anymore charges from Equniox. I'm out $10.00. Hopefully that's the end of it. Buyer beware: DON'T BUY
total scam and ripoff
Women get lured into reviews of products that promise amazing results in getting rid of fine lines and wrinkles. Equinoxdna not only promises that but backs it up with pictures and states the product is endorsed by Dr. Oz. All of these claims are fictitious!!!! You think you are getting a trial sample with no obligations and then suddenly you are getting charged $89 and $99. When you contact the company they argue with you and refuse to reimburse your money!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GET HOOKED INTO THIS SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Definetely a scam!!!!!
They should be reported to the better business bureau.
Once you send the $4.95 for the sample they got you for at least $200.
Do yourself a favor and cancel the credit card you put the$4.95 on.
Equinox Customer Service
I called to ask why I received a 2nd shipment of their product - Obviously, I was not aware of the 14 day trial - however, when I tried to explain this to their customer service reps - they were RUDE!
Kept interrupting me - obviously reading from a script and were difficult to understand
DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT...
Run, run away from this scam of a site!!
Like the other reviewers, I ordered what i thought was a "free" trial of 2 beauty products, paying only the $6.95 shipping charge. I read things pretty carefully, and nowhere did i see anything about having only 14 days to either cancel the product or be charged $99 and & $93--at least not until these charges showed up in my bank account!
I called the customer "disservice" number at Equinox, argued with "Shane" (strange name for someone in India!)--bottom line was, they refused to reverse the two charges, blaming me for not properly reading the terms and conditions before I signed up,--blah, blah, blah, blah!
He sent me two e-mails cancelling any future products, but I told him I did not believe that would truly happen. I told him I had read too many horror stories of people being charged for these products many months after they had been assured of their cancellation
So, what i have done is to cancel just the debit card I had given them online, so even if they try to bill my account, they will have no access to it. I'm getting a new debit card from my bank, and I have gotten papers from my bank to "dispute' the original $93 and $99 charges, so we'll see how that turns out. but at least EQUINOX can do no further damage to my checking account.
You think you are getting a product for shipping price only then they charge your account $99.00 after 2 weeks of receiving it. Worse yet I never received it and still got charged. That was in Feb. I am still fighting it with my bank. BEWARE!!!!
I thought I was getting a free trial; after 14 days they charged me the full amount of their product. Yes, I was inattentive, but that's what they expect. Now I'm out $200.
Bad product; worse customer service
This product has a sticky feel to it long after it's "dried." Called to cancel and got the run-around. Don't order this product.
Complete Fraud! Do not get sucked in!
This is nothing but a phishing scam. Product has no clinical proof, their return policy is totally dishonest and they keep charging your credit card even after calling and canceling and returning the original product. They should be shut down. Unbelievable that they can be in business as their practices are very unscrupulous. Do not even try their products, they scammed my 74 year old mother for $2,000 before I was able to get involved and help her get the bank to stop any further charges.
This is bad - watch out
This product seems like nothing but snake oil. There are no benifits at all!!!! I thought I was ordering a free sample but was charged $105 which I can't get back. It seems I overlooked the (fine) print.
bad company to do businesse with
I strongly advise everyone not to do business with aftre you cancel they keep charging your account and then they tell you they can't refund you any money
