About Equinox DNA
Equinox DNA, found online at www.EquinoxDNA.com, is a skin moisturizer which claims that its “revolutionary blend of raw materials” will penetrate the skin, raise moisture levels, and help erase wrinkles and fine lines.
According to their website, the Equinox DNA formula includes peptides which promote collagen production, plumping and firming the skin, to eliminate the appearance of wrinkles.
Their two main ingredients are called Polymoist-PS Complex, a peptide which they say is proven to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, and Argireline, which smoothes creases, tightens wrinkles, and visibly lifts skin within days.
They promise that their moisturizing formula will cause no irritation, no side effects, and has no harmful chemicals. They also say that due to their peptide based ingredients, their formula will turn back the aging process at the cellular level.
Equinox DNA comes in both a daytime and nighttime formula, and is intended for twice daily application after you wash and dry your face in the morning and evening.
With regular use, the website says that in less than 2 days, there is an increase of moisture in the skin by 440%, and after 4 weeks the visual appearance of fine lines will be decreased by up to 60%.
New customers to Equinox DNA can try the product during a 14 day trial for just a $4.95 Shipping & Handling charge. If you like the product, do nothing and at the end of the trial you will be charged $99.00 for the product.

The $4.95 trial wound up costing me over $200.00!!! They sent me the trial products and then a month later I noticed a charge for $99.00. Today I had another charge for $93.00!! I had to cancel my credit card to keep them from any future charges!! It makes me so angry that people feel the need to be deceitful to innocent people! I hope by sharing this that it will prevent others from being scammed!
I fell for the free sample trick but smelled a rat when my credit card was blocked and I had no confirmation email and couldn't get the page back.
I contacted my credit card provider who told me they blocked my card because the company had tried to take out a second unauthorised payment. I was assured that I didn't need to cancel my card as they were blocked. They also gave me the email address as Equinox kept it secret. I immediately emailed and cancelled and even requested them not to send the free sample.i thought that would be the end of the saga but when I checked my credit card details they had withdrawn £89 and I have not received a product. So much for cancelling within 14 days, I didn't even get 24 hours!
Now I am also in dispute with my credit card company too!!!!
Called to cancel & talked to Shane in customer service. No help what so ever!!!!!!! I'm out shipping cost. Spoke with my credit card company & they have banned anymore charges from Equniox. I'm out $10.00. Hopefully that's the end of it. Buyer beware: DON'T BUY
total scam and ripoff
Women get lured into reviews of products that promise amazing results in getting rid of fine lines and wrinkles. Equinoxdna not only promises that but backs it up with pictures and states the product is endorsed by Dr. Oz. All of these claims are fictitious!!!! You think you are getting a trial sample with no obligations and then suddenly you are getting charged $89 and $99. When you contact the company they argue with you and refuse to reimburse your money!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GET HOOKED INTO THIS SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Definetely a scam!!!!!
They should be reported to the better business bureau.
Once you send the $4.95 for the sample they got you for at least $200.
Do yourself a favor and cancel the credit card you put the$4.95 on.
