About Equinox DNA

Equinox DNA, found online at www.EquinoxDNA.com, is a skin moisturizer which  claims that its “revolutionary blend of raw materials” will penetrate the skin, raise moisture levels, and help erase wrinkles and fine lines.

According to their website, the Equinox DNA formula includes peptides which promote collagen production, plumping and firming the skin, to eliminate the appearance of wrinkles.

Their two main ingredients are called Polymoist-PS Complex, a peptide which they say is proven to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, and Argireline, which smoothes creases, tightens wrinkles, and visibly lifts skin within days.

They promise that their moisturizing formula will cause no irritation, no side effects, and has no harmful chemicals. They also say that due to their peptide based ingredients, their formula will turn back the aging process at the cellular level.

Equinox DNA comes in both a daytime and nighttime formula, and is intended for twice daily application after you wash and dry your face in the morning and evening.

With regular use, the website says that in less than 2 days, there is an increase of moisture in the skin by 440%, and after 4 weeks the visual appearance of fine lines will be decreased by up to 60%.

New customers to Equinox DNA can try the product during a 14 day trial for just a $4.95 Shipping & Handling charge. If you like the product, do nothing and at the end of the trial you will be charged $99.00 for the product.

In addition, you will be enrolled into their members’ autoship program. Every 30 days, you will be sent another one month supply of product and automatically be charged $105.95; the $99.00 product cost and a $6.95 Shipping & Handling charge.

If you decide to cancel your membership before the trial is ended, you will incur no charges. If you cancel after you’ve been charged, their Terms & Conditions say you can contact Customer Service to discuss a possible refund at 877-316-1856.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Reviewed By Diana  on December 5, 2015

I ordered this product on 21 November 2015. I received it on 1 December 2015, which only gave me three (3) days to try the product out. How can anyone see if a product works in only 3 days? I never even received the confirmation email that I was supposed to receive. I ordered this via my phone and all I saw was that it was a trial period for a thirty (30) day supply of the product. I guess I assumed that a 30 day supply would constitute a 30 day trial...but I found out the hard way that it was not the case at all. Today, 5 December 2015 I was notified by my bank that a charge of $109.00 was taken from my bank account. I IMMEDIATELY called my bank and had the charge disputed, which put the funds back into my account. Then I called the companies customer service number to explain to them that I haven't even had enough time to try the product and that I'll ship the product back first thing Monday morning and that I would like a full refund. I was informed that they can not do that but that I can keep the product and pay $60.00. I let them know that I do not want the product and that I expect a full refund. Then they told me that I can ship the product back but that there will be a restocking fee of $20.00. I was not happy with that and asked to speak to a supervisor. While speaking with him he did reduce the restocking fee to $10.00, which I let him know that I am not happy with but I guess I have to accept that as a small price to pay for trusting this company. I let him know that he lost a customer and his response was "ok." After getting off the phone I thought about the restocking fee and why would they need to restock the remaining product that someone has stuck their finger into in order to use it. That makes me wonder if I received a used product. I also tried to go through the process of ordering a new trial of the product from my computer (different name and information) to see if I would see anything mentioned about it being a 14 day trial, but upon clicking on the "Claim your trial" it took me to a completely different product named Pur Essance Anti-Aging Solution. Bottom line...avoid this product and anything to do with this company like the plague.

scammers beware

Reviewed By Alan Gorham on September 8, 2014, Exmouth, Devon

careful with this lot, they ask for your card to pay p&p for this muck, then they take money out of your account; not once but twice, and then you have to get the bank to change your details, nasty buggers, you only try these gits, just the once.

Awful Company - even worse customer service

Reviewed By JD Spenceley on May 21, 2014, Hounslow, Hounslow, United Kingdom

Unfortunately my mother purchased this trial online without realizing what it entailed, and upon receiving the first product she had been charged for a total of 4 items (totaling nearly £400) however only received 3. upon eventually getting through to someone in customer service and arguing for nearly 2 hours to get a refund they agreed, so we sent the items back (paying our own shipping costs) and received less than £150 back. having spoke to customer service today (and after arguing with a customer service agent who was adamant there was no managers or supervisors available) got to speak to a manager who informed me that there is a £20 restocking fee PER PRODUCT and that they will only issue the refund for 2 products as that's all they received back.

This company is as good as a scam, and has been reported to trading standards, my best advice is steer well clear. i will post any further developments.

Nasty scam!

Reviewed By Joan waters on March 2, 2014, California, USA

This is a fraudulent foreign company claiming to be a US company. Got charged 3 percent foreign transaction fee by citi as charge came from gbr. Once they get your credit or debit or bank account info they say you have agreed to their terms -they can send product indefinitely, charge over $100 per item and even when you cancel within trial period they keep sending products and refuse refunds even when they get products returned. I have reported them to all agencies. I even asked Amazon to stop selling equinox. As soon as Amazon stopped offering equinox wrinkle free, it appeared as equinox day &night serum at $147. Got Amazon to pull that off and it appeared as equinox instant wrinkle remover. I am lodging a major complaint with Amazon. Stay as far away as you can. If you have been scammed please, please report them to attorney general of the US, your state and everyone else you can think of.
