Domain Processing Review

Is Matt Smith's DomainProcessing.com a Scam...?

Domain Processing by Matt Smith is another variation of the popular rebate processing scheme.  This business opportunity promises the same easy money except now instead of processing rebates you're going to make money processing domain names.

So What is Domain Processing?  The basic goal of this program is to show you how to scoop up expiring domain names from existing businesses.  The idea is that once their valuable .Com expires you can register it for yourself and sell it back to the same company or a competitor.

Matt Smith claims to have software that'll keep you updated on all profitable domain names which are about to expire.  Technically, this is a viable way to make money the only problem is that Matt makes it seem much easier than it really is.

The Domain Processing ad states that everyday thousands of profitable domain names are allowed to expire when owners forget to renew their domains.  Now, this is a gross exaggeration because the domain owner gets first dibs on renewing their ownership of the domain. The company that they registered with contacts them by phone and email to let them know of upcoming expiration dates.

Realistically, there is no serious business owner who will ignore these notifications and let their domain expire.  Now, there are thousands of domain names that do expire everyday but contrary to what Matt has you believe these are far from profitable.

The people who allow their domains to expire do so because they failed at making money with it, either through a business or by selling it.  Essentially, by allowing a domain name to expire the owner is telling you that the domain name is worth less than the $7 a year fee of keeping it.  So you tell me how profitable it is...

Finally, it's hard for me to believe that the company responsible for the rebate processing nightmare has created a profitable home business opportunity.  Although if you're still intent on learning about domain flipping you can do so with much cheaper resources than Matt Smith's $197 + $14.95 a month Domain Processing Program.
