Deeds 4 Dollars is a real estate course
similar to the one that
John Beck advertises as they both claim
to be able to show people how to buy homes
for "pennies on the dollar."
The course advertises several strategies
for profiting in real estate mostly dealing
with obtaining homes that have not had their
taxes paid on them. Deeds 4 Dollars
includes tips on what states are best for
this real estate technique and hot to resell
for the highest value.
I have not had a chance to work with this
course but from the advertisements made on
the website it sounds to good to be true.
They are definitely oversimplifying
profiting from real estate and don't mention
the risks involved in this type of
investing. It also seems that the profits
shown by Deeds 4 Dollars are grossly over
exaggerated.
If you have used this course and would
like to share your thoughts and experiences
please do so below. If you're
interested in a proven real estate course
that contains valuable information I would
recommend Six
Steps to Mastering Foreclosures by Alexis
McGee. You can read the full
review there.

Rip off. I have still to receive my $1.99 deal. When I emailed them to cancel they stated that I must send the info back (that I haven't received still after over 2 weeks.) So I beleive their scam is to get the credit card # and then charge out the $97 before you get a chance to review their "program". Pure scam. I cancelled the card so they can piss in the wind.
