Deeds 4 Dollars

Deeds 4 Dollars is a real estate course similar to the one that John Beck advertises as they both claim to be able to show people how to buy homes for "pennies on the dollar."

The course advertises several strategies for profiting in real estate mostly dealing with obtaining homes that have not had their taxes paid on them.  Deeds 4 Dollars includes tips on what states are best for this real estate technique and hot to resell for the highest value.

I have not had a chance to work with this course but from the advertisements made on the website it sounds too good to be true.  They are definitely oversimplifying profiting from real estate and don't mention the risks involved in this type of investing. It also seems that the profits shown by Deeds 4 Dollars are grossly over exaggerated.

Through e-mail marketing Ig it an offer to purchase the course for $39.
God thanks I checked to disclaimer and other links on the bottom of the website. All links on the bottom are dead ends with no information coming up. I guess it's a complete fake to fish personal information.

i thought this would be an initial fee of $4.95 to look at the program.
Never got the chance to look at the program before i was charged $119.97. I want them to issue a refund back to my bank account immediately.

I would like a copy of the front page of the ad for
Deeds4Dollars ran during September 2008. If anyone printed this ad for their records, I would appreciate a scan of the page that has the box at the bottom of the ad offering the free booklet for the mailing cost of $4.95.

They offered a free booklet and would send it for $4.95 UPS fees to deliver it as an advertising tool for their course, Deeds 4 Dollars. They called me on the phone to verify to booklet was being sent and that no other fees were to be charged to my credit card account. Then, a month later a $147 credit showed up on my credit card bill they took after agreeing on the phone that only $4.95 would be billed and collected. I live in Indiana in the summer time, and out of the country during the school year to teach abroad. So, when this summer comes I will be filling a law suite on them and visiting them.

Don't waste your money. I sent my package back within the amount of time they ask and they still charged my credit card. They're giving me the run around now about getting credit back.

Rip off. I have still to receive my $1.99 deal. When I emailed them to cancel they stated that I must send the info back (that I haven't received still after over 2 weeks.) So I beleive their scam is to get the credit card # and then charge out the $97 before you get a chance to review their "program". Pure scam. I cancelled the card so they can piss in the wind.
