It includes CD's, marketing supplements, tenant application letters, leasing tutorials, and most importantly step-by-step guidance for making money in the apartment building niche.

The only complaints that I have heard about David Lindahl's real estate boot camp was about his use of guest speakers.  Past customers said that throughout the seminar they enjoyed the opportunity to hear David Lindahl speak but found his guest speakers to be too sales driven.

Overall David Lindahl offers "to the point" home study courses for apartment building maintenance and investing.  This aspect of real estate can be intimidating due to the large amount of factors involved and the added responsibility of tenants.  Although with the right tools and proper education this niche can generate massive profits.
