and intended only for serious and dedicated
investors. Prices can range from
several thousand to up to twenty thousand
dollars. David Finkel and Peter are
also famous for their San Diego challenge,
in which they had three novices purchase
over a million dollars of real estate with

Overall David Finkel and Peter
Conti offer solid products even though they
may not be for everyone. Some people
have brought up moral issues with some of
their practices and advice. Saying
that at times it seems that they want you to
trick sellers during negotiations in order
to get the best deal. So it may be up
to you how far you want to take their
theories.
I would recommend starting out slowly
with their products to see if they're a good
match. Afterwards you can proceed to

I have all of David's books whether he co-authored them with Peter or Diane or the ones he has wrote alone. I have found them all to contain great ideas which has helped me purchase and sell properties to gain great profits. I have went to David's seminars and have also found them to be very worthwhile. David is an outstanding speaker! He can keep your interest and attention all day. You have to go home and take action or even the best information and ideas won't work. I have used David's materials to profit hundred's of thousands of dollars in the past five years. I believe I can make millions in the next five years. I would strongly urge you to listen to this man too!
