This program is the biggest rip-off ever.
|

This UPDATE is for all those who have been ripped off by GENE TRUMAN'S DATA MONEY ONLINE!
When I got my credit card report I looked at the charge and it states: CPIpay.com - so I typed it in my browser and lo and behold! a web page appears that seems to be the legitimate page for COMMERCEPAYICE, the processors for payments
of Data Money Online.
In the front page there is a button called BILLING INQUIRY so I entered and wrote to them the story of the ripoff and that there were many other people like me who had denounced them on the scam busting sites on the web. I told them that this makes them look very bad and that I expect a full refund from them for this scam. It is said in the terms and conditions of sale that we can report to them (commercepay) if we feel we have been misled or defrauded in any way. So I urge you all to do the same. Login to: www.cpipay.com NOW and let's flood them with requests for full refunds and urge them not to continue dealing with this company. It makes them look very bad. And if we do not get satisfaction, let us not EVER process a payment though them again.
They promise an answer within 48 hours and even offer to call us if we supply them with our phone number. GOOD LUCK! Maybe we haven't lost everything yet. GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL! |

These people are a big SCAM. I went to the address on the web here in Miami and the location is for a company that has mail boxes, that's the number 5013. but they also told me that these people tried to open an account with them online ,but never registered,so this company has planes to pursue legal matters against datamoneyonline.com for using this address without even registering.
Can somebody really find out where these people are located so we can go to the state attorneys office to stop them once for all. |

When I signed up for DATA MONEY ONLINE in August my computer froze and and I never got to do anything. I could not go back into the site because I was not officially a member. I never saw anything and I know that I did not do any training. I immediately sent an email to then stating this fact but I never got a response. I kept checking my email even in the spam folder and nothing. Well anyway I know that I did not start making any money which they say they will not charge you unless you start making money. So today I am looking at my bank statement and wondering what this charge is for $47 from DATA DIRECT. I tried calling the 888-817-2919 and got a message that the long distance is not set up. I tried a few times and even used a different phone but nothing. I called my bank and filed a dispute I never heard of them before and did not realize who it was till I started looking around. I found my original email and sent it to them with a nasty letter telling them off and asking to give my money back. I wonder what will happen we will see. The bank said i could have my money back in 2 days. I was told before if you really do not know who the company is you can dispute the charge. I am so glad that I could find more information about the rip off company like someone said on here earlier can we get it into SNOPES. I am also going to file a complaint with the online BBB. |

Okay Derrick Mcguire....steps of training were never completed in my situation and I did request refund in the allotted time frame-

The above guarantee is applicable only if the ***User completes all the steps of the training within 24 hours of logging in to their account. All trials will be settled permanently if the User does not completes the training within 24 hours time frame, irrespective of making money or not. In case the user is not satisfied with the program, in order to get a refund they will have to call us within 24 hours of their cards being charged for the first fee of $7.95 |

This company is a rip off- They claim to abide by Indian Law so they won't refund money that was never authorized in the first place. Don't fall for the scam. |

Sep 16 I purchased a trial for $7.95, before 2 days were up, they took out of my account $197.00 without my permission, I went to Refunds@datsmoneyonline.net requested my $197.00 back, have not received it back, these people need to fry for doing this to people. |

This is terrible! I've gone through the same as everyone else, except, I didn't even order the thing my self. I just saw fraud charges and did some research on the nonworking number which led me to this report. But upon reading these reports at least I know there is some light at the end of the tunnel. I already e-mailed support 3 times with no responses but the auto one. And I plan to call the three (two third party numbers and the other number) to get some answers and hopefully a refund. If not, it's off to my bank to dispute this whole thing. Wish me luck.
For any one wanting to join datamoneyonline, this is probably one of the worst decisions you'd ever make. |

Thank you so much for the information this site provides. I am sorry for those of you that did not find it sooner, they've only got my name and email, but, hopefully we all learn something from this. When it seems to good to be true, IT IS! Is there a way to get this info on SNOPES? That would really get the word out. |
Angie TN | 12:28pm on Wednesday, September 16th, 2009 |
I also signed up for the trial promotion which was only $7.95, but after getting into the website in greater detail, I emailed them to cancel my membership. But they did not, and 2 days later they charged my credit card. I found a contact number on this website where they do answer and they will cancel your membership!! I had to email the refund dept. to see if they are going to refund my $197 back or not since I emailed in a timely manner. I am still keeping my fingers crossed.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE COMPANY!!!! |

I went through the whole nightmare with this company. I started trying to cancel my service the day I ordered it and all I got was a recording on the phone and no reply confirmation emails. I was charged the $7.95 and the $197.00. I found this phone number on this webpage, 877-546-8510, they canceled my service and I sent an email to refunds@datamoneyonline and within 48 hours I had all my money back. I do believe this is a scam, I just wanted to post this information to help anyone else who lost money to these people. |

I was told I would be doing data entry from home. And it would be a one time REFUNDABLE $7.95. After I purchased it and was reading the info they gave I realized it wasn't data entry. I immediately tried to contact them and got a recording. On the data entry site there was nothing in the terms stating the 197 charge or no refunds!I checked with my bank to find there was $197.00 charged from an unknown source. The # from the initial charge (from bank)I was able to talk to a person who canceled my order, and confirmed THEY charged me the $197! But couldn't authorize a refund.I was given an email refunds@datamoneyonline.com. I DID receive a reply stating that I couldn't get a refund at all! And gave me the link to datamoneyonline.com which clearly states their bull s--t a-- refund policy. I had to wait for the payments to process before filing fraud with my bank. But when the payments were processed it was for 8.10 and 200.49! I'm fighting this now with my bank wish me luck. Oh...I saved all my emails and receipt from them which states something totally different from the charges on my account. |

They dont even deserve the 1 rating. They need to be stopped. I have emailed this company over and over. I have also tried to call, but never an answer. I even sent them an email stating what they said to me, "I would not be charged until I started earning money"!!! Well not only have I never made any money, I have never received a program. I am livid that these people can get away with this. I was recently laid off and this looked like the "perfect" at home job. Well I am here saying to anybody thinking about, DON'T!!!!! If anybody gets their money back, way to go................ |

I'd just like to say thank you for letting me in on the 'real-deal.' Fortunately I stopped at the card # page and decided to do some research.
...Luckily I found you guys. I just want to thank you for saving me and the many others that will lure themselves into extensive research regarding these scams.
I too, feel the need, that these companies need to be banished from international marketing stipulations and burned for every bit of their fraudulence, ten-fold.

I too received an email about this company and was deceived. It said it was a data entry company and That I would be entering data for the company(ies) of my choice. I paid for it and looked in my account and 7.95 was taking out. i looked at the confirmation email and called the number no answer. i sent email after email and have gotten nothing. so I called my bank and reported it lost and I am having a new card sent to me.
i strongly suggest for every and anyone who plans to get involved with DMO.
to call and have that card canceled and have a new card with a new number sent to you. That way no more charges will apply to your account.
wish i could go back and just hit the X in the upper right hand corner and close out of it. but, I didn't. We learn from our mistakes. |

It is Excellent- as a total RIP-OFF!!! I am not easily conned and this guy AKA 'Gene Truman' & Co. with their nice tidy site look very professional and trustworthy. I Bought into this so-called 'opportunity' to make 'legitimate extra income online' -and this was after thinking it over, and thought I checked around enough and everything looked OK. They billed my MC the initial 7.95 and then THE NEXT DAY another 197.00! Right away that raised a big red flag. The conditions, as you all well know, I agreed to were that I would NOT be billed anything further if I made no money. Hard to do when I couldn't even log onto their site (my password keeps getting denied) to do any reading and get going with the program. These guys don't answer inquiries either (to try an stall you enough to avoid your complaining anywhere?) To make matters worse, another alleged 'review' site makes the 'Data Money Online' SCAM look seemingly quite legit! You can see this at: www.scammer-alert.com --At this point I have to assume the worst and believe they too are a fake front site for the 3 alleged 'legit sites' they 'reviewed'! Next time, NO MATTER WHO SAYS WHAT I am using a temporary Credit Card with a disposable account # that will be loaded with ONLY enough for the initial amount - like the 7.95 in this case. |

Fees and Refund Policy
1. The User gives us the authority to charge their card $197 as soon as their 24 hour trial is completed. He/She also permits us to charge a recurring fee of $47 until canceled.

3. No further permission/intimation will be required before charging the card.
Since the User’s cards are charged only after the user has tried the program for 24 hours, we cannot issue a refund once the card has been charged.

This site is nothing but a scam from the word GO!!!The phone # 1-877-546-8510 will get you to an operator but they try and try to get you not to cancel. Just hold your ground and be firm. The site never worked and after completing 10 or so forms{ads for products}there was NEVER any money in my clickbank acct. You do not get paid per ad as insinuated. Just run when you can because there is nothing here but bottom-feeders!!!

This company has to be shut down. I paid the 7.95 and before 24 hours, I requested a refund. I get no response. I have sent 5 emails and I even called a number they had listed when you make the order. It is a answering machine. There is also a fake number on my credit card statement. How do these people sleep at night? This is outrageous! I will not stop until I get my money back. Everyone needs to file complaints about these people. Someone is even advertising this piece of crap with Google Adwords. How do you reach Google Adwords and let them know about this scam? F***king Pigs!!!! |

Hey to all of you taken by these crooks. NEVER sign up for money making deals online THERE ARE NO LEGIT ones.

I fell for this too. Only $7.95 fully refundable for one month. RIGHT! The next day my debit card fraud alert called to ask me about the $198.58 charge. I had to cancel the card but the charge was already in the system. No good trying to call the 888 number that came with the charge, it just says "not active". I went to the BBB site and DMO has no rating but 0 complaints in the last 36 months. As soon as I get done here, that will change to 1. Come on people what gives, we all got taken or had close calls and the BBB doesn't have ANY complaints listed? Help me out here. |

Don't give up on your refund. I too was scammed by DOM but I do have a number with actual people that answer..1-877-546-8510. Call them to cancel your account the send an email to refunds@datamoneyonline.com. I did this 3 days ago and after threatening them with a lawsuit I received back $147 of the $244 they had taken. Not a full refund but better than nothing. |

So I'm not sure what to say about DMO |

Wolves in sheep’s clothing. Entertain them all you want, but DO NOT give them ANY credit card number. Once I did, even just for the $7.95 ‘verification fee’ it was all over. All over for my checking account that is. They claimed they would not charge me anything unless I made money. I never intended to release $197 to them. Nothing mattered, they took my money without my consent and I have not made a dime. They have talked a bunch of legalese bull in their e-mails to me. To paraphrase them, “To bad sucker.” DO NOT BE TAKEN IN LIKE I WAS. A total scam in my opinion. Try as hard as you might, I doubt you would ever hear a heart beating in their collective chest. Money is THEIR goal, taking it any way they can get it. You have been warned. |

I sorely wish I'd never stumbled upon this dark, evil entity (Data [non] Money Online). The claims they make and the process by which they sneak your money out of your hands is disheartening. To be succinct, they are modern day snake oil salesmen; darkening the doorways (and bank accounts) of all who are foolish enough to entertain what they have to say. Take it from me, a fool once, hold your wallet close and step away quickly! You have been warned. |

I fell for this scam outfit. How could I, I've asked myself over and over again. This company and others like it should be held accountable and liable for their false advertising and false claims. I urge everyone to contact their state representatives and push for a bill that would hold these people liable for the crimes they've committed against the consumer. I've already done so. I have also contacted the BBB and the FBI for internet crimes. Thanks L Major, Los Angeles for the suggestion. |

They got me too. I'm also very mad at myself. I realized it wasn't a data entry position after giving my debit card info and tried to cancel. The numbers and email addresses are a waste of time. They had a hold on my acct. I canceled the card, but the charge went through, plus $3.95 extra. They said they won't charge your card unless you make money within the specified time, but that's not true. They took my money and I haven't earned a dime. I wish I read all of your comments before getting scammed also. I'm working with my bank to dispute and hopefully I can get a refund. That's all you can do and just don't let it happen again. I know I won't. Don't worry, they'll get theirs!! |

They told me that they can't give me a refund right away, but if I called (866) 552-5774 or e-mailed support@dataentrycompany.com or support@datamoneyonline.com first and gave them up to 2 days to respond first and they didn't respond or give me my refund, then the people at the 6880 number could refund my money. I hope this helps guys! |

All I have given is my username and password, no more. I found it funny that the individual, Daniel Crawford, would send e-mail using a gmail account and not a company address.
If you can stay away from this outfit, you are better off. |

Hi. I recently signed up for this site.I put in my card for the 7.95 charge 'ONLY IF YOU MAKE MONEY" and started the registration process and "learning" how and what to do. I NEVER made a clickbank account because of my THANK GOD failure to read...tell me to click here to make the clickbank account. I didn't click it and proceeded and when I got to the "BONUS" step which said that this would "BOOST" my earnings by making my own website for a 1 time offer of 197 dollars...I stopped right there! I didn't put in my card number again for that and immediately started trying to get in touch with them to cancel! I am still worried they will charge my account for the 197 even though I didn't put in my card number the 2nd time. I did put it in the first time like an idiot! I called my bank already and canceled my card so as long as they dont' use the SAME authorization code they will not be able to process another charge. I HOPE THIS WORKS...has anyone else done those same steps...did they try to charge you another 197. |

I am glad I landed here to do my research and investigate DATA MONEY ONLINE. I have been burnt once before and I swore it wouldn't happen again. Thank You All for contributing your honest opinion. Theses sites are the only way to protect yourself these days. |

It occurs that they may even send you a payment of sort to be able to charge your card...Did not mention amount you'd earn in first day b4 nailing the card |

Sure wish I read these comments before I went to data online - they burnt me for $198.01. Don't understand how they can pull money out of your bank account without authorization! But anyway, my bank is working on this. Hopefully, I'll get the money back! |

I almost got ripped off. I should have researched first. I gave them my paypal credit card number but there was no money in the account! I figured , if this workd there will be money there. My card was immediately declined so it is is obvious they were going to deduct before I made a penny ! Is this guy the next Madoff !!??? |

I am one of those persons that was taken to the cleaners my self. And if I don't get my money back I will report them to the BBB. I am struggling hard enough now without them taking money from me. I have a lot of obligations to take care of right now. So I don't need them take advantage of me at this time. I don't have the money to throw away. I need to have the money coming in to the household instead of out. I do need to have them to refund my money back to me as soon as possible. |

Hello Everyone!
I have one thing to say to you:
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE: DATAMONEYONLINE!!
I like most people in this economy I was in desperate need to make money. Last year 2008 I worked 2 FULL-TIME jobs to supplement my income and I was too exhausted to do that again. So when I saw and read the "DataMoneyOnline.com" ad I was "Overjoyed" to see that I could start making $$ so fast and easy! Well my eagerness and financial desperation got the best of me!!
I thought then that with Mr. Truman's "guarantee" of his website providing great customer service AND the videos of "norman-everyday people" claiming that they were making $$ with the website--I IGNORED any person investigation on my part! I signed up with my debit card and got "burned" for $197. I tried through many emails to access the site but--"the site DOES NOT give you access"!! It shuts you out, so what did I learn? PLEASE DONT BE SO EAGER TO BUY, BEFORE YOU DO YOUR RESEARCH!! If it looks too good to be true, IT IS!! All The Best! |

Thank goodness I read your review..I have been going back and forth wondering if this is the real thing. What kept stopping me from falling into the trap was the $197.00 dollars they were going to charge me once I made "money" within the first 24 hours. Brother, let me tell you, that in this economy, and up to my neck in debt, I wasn't about to turn over monies that could go toward a bill, food, gas, etc. Thank You Thank You for this ray of light which stopped me from getting stuck like so many others before me!!! |

I didn't do the research, and yes they got me also. Don't hesitate to drop me an email immediately. I'm still waiting on that responce. Will have to wait until the charge hits my credit card before I can dispute it. Boy did this teach me a lesson. |

Glad I saw this before I clicked the button of death! I have been scammed a few times before so I'm smarter and learn to use Google before making any deadly decision. I closed their site as soon as I saw this. Thank goodness for site like this. |

Recently i paid $197 and joined datamoneyonline. They themselves done some transactions within 24 hours and those are appeared into my clickbank account. After that have deducted the amount from my credit, from that day i have not got anything and also they have not given me access to login vip area 20 days. Because still they did not develop their application. After sending lot of mails, they have given me access to login to the application as an approved member, but that application is not allowed me to process the adds. It is asking me again to validate my credit card information. When i sent a mail, they have sent me a direct link to step4. When i access through that link, i am able to process the adds. But they have not processed actually. Why i am saying, the same progress bar is showing always when connected to network or not.
I did not understand how they are processing the adds without connecting to the network. All fraud, Now i am trying to refund. I will send you soon all the screen shots. Anybody know how to get refund. |

DataMoneyOnline.com offered a great deal...no money will be charged to me UNTIL I MAKE MONEY..only thing is they took my money the same day I responded, signed up and canceled. They are also using other names like Money Machine. I believe that any company that offers a job will not charge you a fee of any kind. If you are going to go into business for yourself you will have to purchase something if that is what your looking for..but make sure and read the print! Big(giveth)Small print (taketh away, scamming) |

I found this website like everyone else did and I considered it for a while. I got to the page where they wanted me to give them my credit card information. They were asking for $197 and they said they won't charge you until you make money. How could they guarantee I would be making close to that much in one day? It seemed ridiculous. I'm glad I didn't after I read these reviews. Thanks for offering honest reviews. |

I just purchased the program and was duped too. I am trying now to work with my bank to get my money back. They did say that they were only verifying to find out they actually charged it. Now I am trying to contact them but phone number doesn't work and I tried emailing. I would have to wait until the charge post to my account to do a fraud dispute with my cc company. This is a pain and I will never be duped again. |

Thank you for your hard work. Unfortunately I have purchased the package from Data Money Online and now I am trying to get it back, we've been writing via email back and forth for about a month and nothing is working, I noticed that they are playing games, now I hope I will get my money back. |

As soon as they requested my credit card number, with-out giving any sort of detail as to how or why it would be used - I RAN - it appears that they are using deceitful wording to "pull" people in. One can probably make money but no details as to how much or how much their "commission" rates are. Making money doesn't necessarily mean making a profit. All in all too little info - BEWARE - |

Wow, I saw a review for this program that said they were now offering a one month trial for $7.95 with a money back guarantee, well I thought for the cost of a couple of scratch tickets, why not. However, when I got to the payment page, it was $197, only if I made money, of course. "Sure", I said, "I'll make 50 cents at most and have a huge credit card charge!" I quickly backed away from that. I even sent them an e-mail telling them why, doubt I'll hear form them again, LOL. Then I saw this page and was glad to have my decision confirmed as the correct one! |

They took my money stating they were only verifying it was there. Then they leave no contact number. They state there are no upfront cost then you find out you have to pay for a website and optimizing it.
A total scam. They charge your card instantly. |

I was trying to sign up all I kept getting was error messages. I tried to contact them to make sure they didn't charge my credit card, it has been 4 days and I have yet to know if my card will be charged. I contacted the help desk and they gave me a ticket number but nobody has contacted me.
I guess I will have to keep checking my card to see if I will be charged. |

They didn't get a credit card number from me, but they did capture my name and address. What really bites is the 30 minutes I spent reading, joining and etc. I am not getting any younger and it all adds up. I am so frustrated I would like to have a majic electrical bolt I could zap these people with every time I look at another. Poof! Gone! |

I purchased the program and immediately after I was in I saw what they offered was totally different from the way Truman presented it.
I called them to cancel, their phone is temporarily out order! HA! HA! I also emailed the site online and requested a refund. I have yet to hear from them. They also said they would not take my money until I had made money. Well that never happen that way. He took $1.97 and $197.00. Does anyone know how to get it back? |
