M. Barazandeh has much experience
and many achievements to his name.
These include being a licensed attorney in
the state of Texas and earning an MBA in
corporate finance.
His resume spans decades of providing
consulting services to multi million dollar
corporations and municipalities. Some
career highlights include, the analysis of
software and hardware for HR and Payroll of
a 500,000 employee organization, and in the
public sector developing recommendations
that led to the Austin Independent School
District saving $10,196,189.
Using his extensive formal education and
business experience Darius Barazandeh
went on to found his own company DMB Real
Estate Enterprises, Inc. Through this
firm Darius Barazandeh has gone on to host
seminars, publish articles, and develop his
training courses.
Darius Barazandeh's courses consistently
score remarkable reviews because of their

Lisa T. Texas | 10:44am on October 22nd, 2008 | Using the Texas Houses for Pennies program, I have purchased 6 parcels total. The first one I bought for $1200. (I think close to that anyway) plus I had it surveyed. When the 6 months was up, I advertised it for $11,500 and could have sold it 3 times.
Now I have 5 more I'm holding. One is a lot in a nice subdivision but has a utility line running through it. A builder wants it and is getting a price on how much it will be to move the line. This one I bought for $600.00 + survey. I should be able to make at
least $10,000 on this one.
The others are as follows:
1 acre lot in city limits bought for $850 should be able to sell for $8,000 to$9,000 (not sure about the value of this one yet)
3/4 acre lot in city limits bought for around $650 should be worth at least $7,000.
one is a residential lot paid $330 its not worth much but is across the street from a middle school, a builder has approached me about it but right now not sure of its worth maybe $3,000.
the last one is a lot in the same area...one is an old frame church , the other is a little white house or building with a lot of stuff stored in it. Bought for $220 not sure at all of the worth. |

The Wealth Building LLC was comprehensive and simple to follow. It also went over both the legal and accounting aspects that must be considered when starting and developing a small business. If only i had my hands on this info prior to forming my LLC. |
