About DailyBurn

DailyBurn is a personalized weight loss program, providing the guidance and support to their members through the internet. It is an interactive community of learners, health enthusiasts and professionals who are all interested in improving their lives and do so through the support of each other.

Your overall program plan is based upon the results from the analysis created by IntelliBurn. It uses your personal information as well as your goals, strengths, weaknesses and fitness level to calculate a customized weight loss plan.

Interested subscribers can begin with a 30-day free trial; if you do not wish to continue using the program, simply cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges your credit/debit account. If you continue on, the automated payment system will charge a $10.00 monthly subscription fee. This is a promotional price only available for a short time. Once the promotion ends, the monthly fee returns to its regular price of $20.00.

This membership comes with customized meal plans, recipes, customized workouts, and an instant community for advice and support. Each day you will be using your DailyBurn.com account to view that day’s meal options and workout recommendations.

With anytime access, the program is available for you to use, wherever you may be; all that is required is an internet connection through your computer, laptop, iPhone, iPod, iPad, Apple TV, or Android Phone. The DailyBurn application on the iPhone is free to download; however, the paid version of application, for $2.99, has more functionality.

There are tons of workout videos with options for both beginners and those who need a more intense workout. The different types of workouts include cardio, strength, yoga, kickboxing, abs, mobility, core, metabolic conditioning, and stretching. The trainers teaching the videos and providing support to the members are some of the best ones in the industry.

The only complaints, from online reviews, pertained to the mobile application. Members felt there were too many pages to view simultaneously and felt it was difficult to follow along through the mobile format. Another complaint was that the DailyBurn free application only allowed you to save 20 food items and you also can’t create an entire meal plan with that version.

The price of hiring a personal fitness trainer and a nutritionist is a costly investment and can be difficult coordinating your schedule with them; especially if you work all day. Any diet program that gives you a healthy meal plan and a workout regimen, you are able to follow, is going to work.

It is just figuring out which one fits your lifestyle the best and motivates you to reach your fitness goals. Always consult a physician before starting any weight loss program to be safe. The community of support on DailyBurn is an instant perk to using the program, if you don’t join, you should still create your own group of support to help you through.

I love DailyBurn!

Reviewed By LaMargaret Hudson-White on February 4, 2015, Orlando, Florida

I am not getting paid to write this review. I love DB and will continue to be a paying member. I emailed their customer service team before my free trial ended advising that I would not be able to pay the full price of the membership and they actually extended my free trial! They are prompt, courteous and very interactive! They have responded to my Facebook comments, as well as my Twitter updates regarding workouts. I have also managed my weight using their workout program and nutrition advice. I would highly recommend this program to anyone looking to workout out anywhere for any amount of time, no excuses to get up and get moving when you have DB!

Total scam - Beware!

Reviewed By Steve on October 27, 2014

Total scam…they inundate your with upgrade emails and when you forget to cancel, they keep charging you $10, and their customer service is terrible. Beware. Limited site content without paying for an upgrade.

I don't really see hown it is their problem if you forget to cancel. They have to assume that you are using the program because you didn't cancel it. Time to take some responsibility for your finances!

Actually - as with other trial memberships, they should notify you that your expiration is coming up. My finances are well managed - as I retire to my home on the water in Key West, thanks for your guidance though.
