Pretty self explanatory

I've used Bodybuilding.com for several months and several orders. My most recent order came in fast, but my friend that brought it to me said, "You got mail, but it's leaking?" Sure enough the lid on one of the products cracked on the side where the threading is and popped right off. What's odd is the sealed lid also popped off completely. I snapped some pics and emailed them about it and they sent me a replacement without any hesitation.

I ordered Estrogenex from Bodybuildingfactory.com and they never sent it and said it was because I didn't give them my apt number. I then gave them my apt number and they told me that it was to late and that the money was back on my card but it wasen't days after they said this. I will not order from them again

Ordered 2 protein products from them on the the 27th of October. I got an email 12 hours later telling me my products were shipped and was provided a tracking number! My got my order at my doorstep on 10/31. EXTREMELY fast shipping! Products were perfect and as ordered. I dont know what people are complaining about! BB.com is great!

I have ordered supplements numerous times from bodybuilding.com and always received them on time especially coming from Canada. There prices are some of the cheapest on the net, and i always receive samples. love it.

I couldn't disagree more with the above review. I have used bodybuilding.com for years and I have found it to be extremely reliable and my order arrives in 1-2 days.

This website’s customer service is crap they do not have an answer for their mishaps they took my credit card details and the order has been cancelled and they don't know when they can reimburse my payment.

I have used this website for couple of year and I must say if you are into bodybuilding, wants to loose weight, wants to buy product or if you just want to have good time you should check out this vendor. I've been buying products from them since 2006 and I have always been happy with what I get. They always throw in samples of their product when you make a purchase. They have great articles on anything health related. They also have forum on their site where members can discuss their workout routine and get help from other members on how to do certain exercise properly. It's filled with power lifters, professional athlete, bodybuilder so you can easily get good help from people who have been working out for their whole life. Also, their forum is great and they monitor it very closely that means they don't allow bad things to happen to the forum
