I, too, along with Richard's comment, would love to know the author of the 5*s review. Reason being, I also have lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia just to name the primary diagnoses. Finding a product that actually works with a compromised immune system is a blessing in itself. Will continue to research product(s) hoping to find something that works and is good for my broken immune system.
