While bragging to all the Advantage Conferences folks about his brilliant business acumen he was refusing to pay his taxes. He sent in Affidavits to the IRS instead of returns. He and his wife now have a $97,265.17 tax lien to show for it. He is also once again delinquent on his property tax and will soon face yet another lawsuit for that. Advantage Conferences didn't create any millionaires. He did create a massive army of Christian paupers! Don't let him and / or Jack Weinzierl mentor you into financial disaster as well! |

Jack Weinzierl declared chapter 7 bankruptcy in the summer of 2008 due to his involvement in this adjudicated pyramid scam. Jack Weinzierl threatened me and Tim Darnell actually sued me. As with the groundless frivolous filing against the Better Business Bureau, I triumphed in Summary Judgment. The court documents are available to read on my site realscam. Be safe online and steer clear of Tim Darnell and Jack Weinzierl!

Elizabeth Texas | 9:31am on June 22nd, 2007 | Advantage conferences is run by a serial scammer, Tim Darnell. He sued the Dallas Better Business Bureau and lost. The court papers from that suit show why AC was deemed an illegal pyramid and showed a staggering 98% loss rate for the reps. Tim Darnell was also the CEO, Founder and 33.3% owner of All-Star Entrepreneur which defrauded reps and businesses out of more than 1 million when it declared bankruptcy and reps did not receive the conferences they paid for or any refunds. Many of the hundred reps defrauded there are out $12,995 AC reps in many cases are out almost $20,000 for conference purchases and business expenses in a futile effort to advertise this scam and recoup their money at the expense of many more victims. Tim Darnell and his heavy hitter Jack Weinzierl must be stopped from defrauding any more trusting Christians out of their life savings. |
