AD Kessler
is a very famous real estate guru who has
been around for ages. He has been in
the business so long that many of his
students are the leading gurus of today.
AD Kessler was one of the first real estate
investors to start teaching and focusing on
creative real estate.
These days AD Kessler publishes the
Creative Real Estate Magazine, which also
serves as the main sales tool for his
courses and mentoring programs. AD
Kessler's personal story of riches is that
he was able to turn $100 into one million in
less than two years. However very few
people have reported having success with AD
Kessler's materials.
The most prominent book authored by AD
Kessler is, "A Fortune at your Feet"
which is supposed to help people earn money
through real estate. However, many
folks have complained about the quality of
the content, saying that there wasn't
enough info for the price.
Likewise, a slew of complaints can be
found against AD Kessler on various real
estate websites. Complaints range from
lack of refunds to people venting about how
they spent over $5,000 for personal coaching
and still had no completed deals. His
sales tactics are also very similar to other
not recommended real estate gurus.
Through the real estate magazine AD
Kessler offers a decent free book, that
requires you to submit personal information
in order to receive it. However once
his sales staff gets a hold of that info
they use it to bombard you with phone calls and
mailings about additional programs.
Overall, even though, AD Kessler
has been around for a long time there are
much better
and more cost efficient real estate programs
available.
If you're interested in training on how
to scout out and put together profitable
foreclosure deals you should check out the
Six Steps to Mastering Foreclosures Course,
by Alexis McGee, to date the most
informative course I have found on the
subject matter.
Best of Luck,
Steve Albright

A.D. Kessler provided his course for a handling fee of $7.00. I read it, got nothing out of it, and then I learned about a month later he tried to get out of my checking account $77.00. He uses the bank account to get the $7.00 out of, and then he tries to get almost $400 out of the checking account. And now I get a letter from a collection agency for $311.51, and they say if I do not send them the money now, they will put this on my credit account. I tried to get a hold of A.D. Kessler on their email, and it does not work. I tried to call them, and I could not get through. It seems they are hiding.
Stay away!
Stay away. This is a rip off.

The infomercial promised a coach along with the product purchase, but after I paid my $250 for the c.d.s I got daily calls from Kent Ricks. Wow, what a story, he has to tell ... the former roofer, etc, but wanted $20,000. don't tell them your income or net worth, the price is how much can they get from you based on your assets evidently. This charming man, and he was indeed charming, had I not been married I would have been tempted to meet him. Then began the waffling on price, apparently there is no set price for the mentoring. I could not quite nail down the program, so he had to go away for a week, after which the heavy, Cliff Barber called me daily until I finally talked with him. He only wanted $10,000. for mentoring and made all kinds of promises about putting me together in deals with other big investor types, right here in my own part of California. When I said to him, "Cliff, if I could show you how you could double your money on my $10,000. would there be any reason you woul... read more»
